  1. I wouldn't recommend ever buying games at TRU unless they are having their B1G1 offer as they are severely over-priced.
  2. Ordered Just Dance, Just Dance 2, Kirby's Yarn, and Super Mario Galaxy 2. Will be returning all remotes. If it works, total cost for these games will be $86.58 (a savings of $60.35 ...based on Amazon's current prices, which are sure to go back up quickly). Crazy deal!!!
  3. That's the plan many on this site and another are going to take. Some said they've done it before with previous bundles.
  4. Placed an order and email separates order...will try to return controller separately as I already have 4. Worth a shot.
  5. What is this Epic Mickey? The reviews aren't that great on Amazon, but everyone is talking about it. Is it worth it to get for DD? Thinking of getting this deal and returning the remotes to store.
  6. Check out the Walmart remote + nunchuck + game for $35 thread. Epic Mickey is one of the game choices.
  7. Placed 7 orders.... 10 handibacs 4 travel size hand lotions 3 body butters 6 fragrance mists 6 shower gels total: $47.81 :-)
  8. sweet deal!!! Will make great gift bags for DD's 10 teachers very cheaply!

  10. We are almost done. Both trees were put up on Black Friday as well as all indoor decorations. We are still working on the outdoor decorations and hope to be done tomorrow.
  11. On Turkey Day, bought a pair of boots for DD from Aeropostale; a comforter set and pot set from Sears, some lounge pants and tops for myself from Old Navy...all online. Kept watching the available now reports on GD as I was waiting for some items for my Angels from Walmart, but finally gave up and went to bed. Got up at 2, checked again, they still weren't online so I prepared to head out to Walmart. Got to Walmart at 2:30 and was really surprised at how chill the scene was. It wasn't a mob at all. Was only able to get the Twin comforter set for my Angel as the full size was all out. So got that and picked up about 30 $1.99 movies (and later found that Target was selling many of the same titles for $3.99 ). The trip to Walmart was smooth and check out was super quick. Then off to Target to wait for the 4 am opening. The line was very long, but as I didn't need anything major, I waited for everyone in line to get in before going in. Was able to get 1 PJ set for DD (they had more styles, but her size was all gone), 3 pairs of the fleece slippers, a few $2 hat and glove sets, and a few $1.99 movies (they only had about 10 titles available ). Then it was off to Home Depot for a new tree, some outdoor decorations, and poinsettias. Then it was home to catch a nap before DD's soccer tournament. After the game, we went to Dick's to get a pair of soccer cleats and Nike thermal top, Petsmart for Christmas stocking, jacket, and treats for our dog. Then Walmart again for a few of the $3.77 bath towels and a few other non-sale items. I am now almost done shopping and am home getting ready to decorate the house and wrap the presents. All in all, a good BF....got everything I needed, and no freezing in line for it.
  12. Placed order. Will still have to go to store to pick up jeans as they were sold out in my size online.

    Turkey necks..

We boil them and use them in stuffing and for gravy. Not sure I'd recommend giving it to a dog.
  14. On our little family's menu: brown sugar smokies shrimp w/ cocktail sauce turkey w/ gravy stuffing macaroni and cheese lasagna ham honey bbq wings tossed salad collard greens sweet potato casserole rolls warm brownies w/ ice cream for dessert (steak and rice for our dog)
  15. Same here. Will be finishing up online on Thursday. I'll go into the stores solely to browse movies.
  16. I wouldn't suggest it. There is no real savings there as you have to buy bids to try to win the item and it takes a lot of bids to win...basically the regular price. And you are out money if you lose. Its basically a gambling site.
  17. meh! Glad I picked up the used games I wanted elsewhere. These aren't great deals.
  18. Sandisk is good. For $30 more though, you could get the 1st gen 30 GB Zune. Much better player than Ipod, imho.
  19. Also check online as with coupons codes you can find, they will work out cheaper. Last year, I ended up taking back a bunch of stuff I bought in store as it was cheaper online.
  20. They hold up fine. I don't know what they are doing this year, but last year the best deals were actually this week. I plan on checking today to see what they have. Lots of clearance items...I usually stock up on the $3 jeans and shirts for DD. Best deal last BF there were the $10 hoodies.
