JennG Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 Last year they have 20% off of everything, not just one item.
jillandjustin Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 Harbor Freight stores will be open at 7 a.m. Friday, Sat, and Sun. Trying to keep this a secret from DH
BridgeIU Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 I think some of the toy sales have begun a LITTLE bit. It's not the huge toy blowout blitz, but you could start a little bit now - at least it'll satisfy the amazon urge. :)
mscrapper Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 SOunds like this card will clip right on your bag,so heck yeah, bring it on. Get $1 for every 4 times i use the bag!!!
jb2013 Posted October 22, 2009 Posted October 22, 2009 wondering if Costco participates in Black Friday?
aleighc1 Posted October 22, 2009 Posted October 22, 2009 I thought I remember them doing some sales, and then a freebie item. (I believe last year or the year before they were giving away a cookbook)
bigjimslade Posted October 22, 2009 Posted October 22, 2009 Welcome to the community! Yes they do. There ad came out around Nov 14 last year. http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=149196

immortaljackwest Posted October 22, 2009 Posted October 22, 2009 Does anyone know how good Hastings is on BF. I found out recently that there is a store about an hour away from me and might go if they do good deals on movies. Would love to hear about it, so I can decide if it is worth the drive If anyone has a scan of last years ad, PM me.
Tarmax4 Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 I'm not sure if your reffering to New York Hastings on the Hudson Best Buy? I live in Yonkers and if I choose to do BF at a Best Buy I would choose Hastings. Yonkers store usually have a Full Tactical Swat team out front. If you want to feel like your in a war zone with fellow civillians I would suggest Yonkers. Hastings is quiet. I did not do BF there but I did do the Midnight release of BatMan there last year which was like BF. The line was LONG but orderly. The employees came out out around 2 hours before opening to hand out tickets for the DVD.
jennie_bebe Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 Does anyone here understand the register rewards? Does that mean that those items are free? There are many complicated rules to remember while using WAGS (Walgreens) RRs (Register Rewards). Here are a few: They will not pay for tax when you use them. You cannot use a RR from an item to buy that same item again (another RR will not print). You cannot have more coupons than you do items (excludes WAGS store coupons). You will need to add small filler items to make sure you have enough items. These are just a few to get you started. PM me if you want more details.:)
crazypurgatory Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 They hand out the ad's early at the store. I think they are pretty cool about it.
ukdebc Posted October 23, 2009 Posted October 23, 2009 A couple of years ago when Wii's were hard to find = they had them at Cosco at BF - I recall kicking myself for not thinking to go there after someone posted they strolled up and got one at 11:30 or thereabouts....
Marcster Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Devil's Advocate: What about if you only go in for a box of bandages or some aspirin and don't need a bag? Do you get the credit?

SaBell Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Lowe's message: "Get Ready for Black Friday!" "Plan your list, set your clock, save the date...these Black Friday deals won't be around forever. To get a head start on your shopping, take advantage of Black Friday savings one day early. Stores will be closed Thanksgiving Day, but we won't be." "Sneak Peek Savings Revealed Tuesday November 3 at 12:01 am EST" It sounds like they will be starting their online sale on Thanksgiving Day and you can get a sneak peek of the sale starting on Nov 3rd.
