I've been taking off the week after Thanksgiving and get all of my outdoor decorations up. It works really well for me and also gives me some time to help an older friend put up her decorations as well.

Google Vegan cookies. They are a PITA to make as it is time consuming because you have to freeze the batter. Since most of the recipes are make with coconut oil, the batter has to be firm so the cookies don't melt in the oven. Same boat here. I found out that our police and fire stations love to get home baked goods at the holidays, so I bake for them now!
