  1. http://g-ecx.images-amazon.com/images/G/01/ciu/f6/af/47a979edd7a05b963db67110._AA250_.L.jpg LOL. It floats!
  2. I am getting pretty aggravated with Kohl's. I got an email today that an order I placed TWO WEEKS ago is being cancelled for OOS. I ordered one item yesterday but it will probably get cancelled, too. I'm feeling like it's a waste of time to even bother with them online any more.
  3. I am so tempted. I have been wanting to get one of these.
  4. Absolutely! I buy the girls the one piece Carters outfits for $6.xx there a lot!
  5. If you register all of those items, they WILL know that you have them all and you get stuff for registering. When ds11's DS broke they offered to give us a new one for $50 if we sent in the old one and it was out of warranty. I don't think Sony can compare to Nintendo, lol.
  6. I absolutely love Costco!!!! I had BJ's for years and went occasionally, but now I have BJ's and Costco and I rarely go to BJ's any more. Costco is awesome!!! It's about 1/2 hour from my house but I end up going there almost weekly.
  7. Slightly off topic, but the whole tree thing reminded me - When I was 15 my first job was at TJMaxx. I worked in the women's fitting room. I actually had ladies in a fist fight over a dress!!! I just stood there like WOW! That's insane. Go find another dress! Some women are ferocious!
  8. I pretty much operate on the theory that if you're nice to me, I'll go out of my way to help you as much as I can. However, if you screw me, watch out. You'll get it back hard so bend over. (Hehe, I tell my hubby that all the time!) When I saw that you broke your finger though - uh oh. Not good. I was thinking it was because you took her tree. I think she'd feel better about missing out on the tree if she knew. (I can only imagine me in your position, lol. Reminds us to behave ourselves. ) Witch! It was all her fault!
  9. The prices aren't high for Huggies. It's the huge boxes that they sell at Costco and BJ's for $38.99. (I checked it out the other day when you posted it.) The cases they sell are much larger than anything sold at Target or WalMart. I used Pampers with both of my boys. I tried some others and found that I had more leaks and ruined clothes, so I went back to Pampers. My older daughter got rashes from Pampers (she gets rashes from everything!) and I switched her to Huggies. She does fine with them. I've kept both my girls on Huggies because they work great and they carry them at Costco. I used to buy Pampers at Sams and then BJ's. What I'm really thinking about checking out further is the Amazon subscribe and save deal. At quick glance, it looked like it was worth taking the time to compare. I have two babies so I like to buy in bulk to save time and trips to the store. I don't have a ton of time or mental capacity to mess around every week looking for coupons and stuff. To me, it's worth it to have a consistent place that I can get them for the best price on that brand. When I had my first child, I used to use tons of coupons! Now, the coupon would get shredded by my little leprechaun before I could even cut it out, lol.
  10. LOL. Here's Jen: If they're not nice, just keep yourself so busy shopping that you don't notice them and eventually they'll disappear!
  11. Thanks! I usually do read them before purchasing, but I didn't even bother to look once I saw that the price was not reduced.
  12. It shows $29.99 for me. I thought I could use it because my Singer annoys me, lmao!!!
  13. Thanks! I'll compare Amazon, too. :)
  14. I checked the Huggies and it's about the same price as Costco I think. ($37.99 for the big box.) I'll double check the price the next time I'm at Costco and report back. If they are, indeed, the same price, this is a great deal with the $10.00 off. They also have the cash back on orders over $75.00. That could come out to a decent savings with 2 babies in diapers. It's a pain to buy them and cart them home, too, so the convenience factor definitely adds another benefit!
  15. I found a tube of the My Little Pony things you guys were talking about in the toy aisle. I showed it to hubby and I wasn't going to get them, but he said our dd would like them. I took them up and of course they rang up $6.99. I pointed out the Santa hat and that it said Christmas right on the container. The cashier turned her light on. A girl came over and looked clueless and went away with them. She came back and said just do it for 75%. I said, "But they're Christmas and Christmas is 90%." They seemed totally annoyed, but ended up doing it. I also had a robe box with no label that the girl in the Christmas aisle gave me and said was 19 cents. The cashier was like "the other size is 19 cents." I insisted that the worker in the aisle handed it to me and she told me it was 19 cents!!! The cashier was like, "Maam, maam, it's a different size." I said, "It's 19 cents!" I got the stupid box for 19 cents. At that point, I was kind of just busting chops. It was not the Target I normally shop at and I was annoyed with that store anyway because the cashier gave me back $20 too much change on Friday and when I pointed it out to her, she didn't even say thank you. Rudeness! I was happy to see that the two people behind me both had lots of Christmas stuff (one had the scrapbooking stuff) and it was not ringing up 90%, either. They were both showing off the stuff in their cart and I know full well the cashier was in for another two rounds of haggling. Hahaha! They deserve it since they're so rude at that store! Not at all like the one where I normally shop. I saw two older ladies buying a 9' fiber optic tree for $35. The only problem is that they had no way to get it in the car with the 3 dogs!!! A guy who helped them in the aisle said we should go in the parking lot and they'll be selling it for $25 because they can't get it home! LOL. I have no use for a 9' tree, although I would have loved a 6' prelit. My kids have been sick so I only stopped briefly on the way home from the doctor on Friday. I never made it into the holiday aisle and found out tonight that Friday was the first day of 90% off. Oh well. I am an online shopper at heart. I take my kids shopping a lot during the day as a social activity, lol. I forgot to add some of my deals: bows .19, .29, and .39 ribbon .19 and .29 Cards .49 and .69 V Rocker Gaming Chairs 34.98 (reg. 49.99 - not on sale at our reg. store so we went back to the one we went to on Fri) Stockings with "A" and "L" for my girls 1.29 Ornament hooks .10 Tree light fixer thing 1.99
  16. Can anyone give me the UPC of V Rocker SE?
  17. I looked at it and I wouldn't put my baby in there, either. It doesn't look very safe to me.
  18. I was going to ask if that act actually passed, but apparently it has based on the replies here. The store manager should be reprimanded for his manner of talking. Personally, I'd go right back in there with a printout, in front of a whole bunch of customers, and say something like, "You have a lot of nerve telling my wife she doesn't know the law. YOU are in violation of RI Act### blah blah blah and I expect an apology for my wife, as well as for you to comply with the laws of this state. If not, I'll be contacting the Attorney General's office." I would then proceed to call the AG's office, anyway. If that law was, in fact, passed, then they are in violation. I can't tolerate stupid people who have the gall to talk down to others. He has no business speaking to your wife that way. Additionally, I'd be on the phone to the district manager asap. This guy needs to learn how to treat customers. BS.
  19. Nope, still $6.99. Use the link above.
  20. Thanks! I had this in my cart. I saw it at Costco for $14.99. It comes with a 30 day Xbox Live Gold Trial. What a bargain! I saw it last night for $6.99 and I *thought* it had been $7.99, but I wasn't sure. Now I went ahead and placed my order. Thanks for the post.
  21. I love Costco! I think I've been there 3 times within the past two weeks. It's one of the few actual B&M stores that I shop at! I love that they have huge shopping carts so I can put dd 20 months in the top and set dd 6 months in her carrier in the back and still be able to buy stuff! Most places require 2 shopping carts when I have two small babies! Costco is great! I also can't rave enough about their outstanding return policy. Yesterday I bought High School Musical Sing It! for wii, some outstanding Artisan bread and spinach dip that they were sampling, and 2- 36 packs of soda. :) We're the suckers that always buy the sampled food but it often *is* very good. I'd been eyeing that spinach dip for awhile and I didn't have a second thought to pass it by once I tasted it.
  22. Did you enter a Mastercard for payment? It should take the 25% off the highest priced item in the cart, whether you have 1 or 50 items in there.
  23. I just tried it again to check and it doesn't show free shipping for me any more, either. I thought maybe it was because I had Staples Rewards Platinum, but maybe not since it's no longer free shipping for me, either.
  24. This same sort of thing happened to one of my Buy.com packages! It took several weeks to get here. Why is that, I wonder??? I've ordered from so many places and this has not happened from anyone else. I had another Buy.com order that arrived within the specified time. To be honest, when it came time to order a few more things, I went elsewhere.
