McDonald's in this part of NYS does it every year. Also ask you McD if they are having a halloween party. Ours does and gives away free food coupons at it and some of the old happy meal toys they still have

hand/foot warmers money the hot chocolate in a can that heats when you open it and a closable plastic folder with ads, coupons, and the list

I am going to <gulp> splurge and have those picture cards made at Clix or JCPenny this year. The boys are getting older (5&7) and everyone usually keeps the pic I send them.
