kimpooh19 Posted October 23, 2021 Posted October 23, 2021 I've always been a big fan of the Kohl's Big One throws, and of course socks/underwear for the family, lol. What are some things you buy every year? 1
starbeck96 Posted October 23, 2021 Posted October 23, 2021 Kohl's:Big One Throws and sweaters & long sleeved shirts for my daughter Walmart:socks, underwear, bras, and fleece tights, and towels 1
len_mullen Posted October 23, 2021 Posted October 23, 2021 OK. Good topic kimpooh19! The answer is nothing (though some would say TVs). BUT I am still using stuff I bought every year at Staples. Yup, free after rebate DVDs and CDs. Free after rewards paper. I just opened my last make-money-after-rewards-and-rebate batteries. You made me smile! 2
Bopeep Posted October 23, 2021 Posted October 23, 2021 Batteries is something I buy every year. Lowe's usually has the best deal, but last year The Home Depot beat them. 3
speeddiva Posted October 23, 2021 Posted October 23, 2021 DVDs, but they seem to be harder to get in the streaming age. 2
HanShotFirst Posted October 23, 2021 Posted October 23, 2021 From Kohl’s: The Big One throws, bras, underwear and new PJ’sHome Depot/Lowe’s: batteriesAmazon/OfficeDepot: Antivirus/computer protection software 3
HanShotFirst Posted October 24, 2021 Posted October 24, 2021 Kohls throws every year. It’s an addictionSure is! 3
Rockfordmom Posted October 24, 2021 Posted October 24, 2021 Clothes, blankets, dog beds, often a TV 1
magickallight Posted October 24, 2021 Posted October 24, 2021 Gotta agree with the Kohl's Throws addiction (only I buy them all year long when really good sales are going on!) I usually grab chocolates (BOGO deals) for the family, wrapping paper, bows, tags, gift bags, etc. (also BOGO deals). 2
HanShotFirst Posted October 24, 2021 Posted October 24, 2021 Batteries for sure and face cream!Face cream hub? Good idea. What brand/kind do you buy. I need to change up my routine since my skin is definitely changing with age. 1
hillbillyswife Posted October 24, 2021 Posted October 24, 2021 This is gonna sound weird but Menards is one of my favorite places to go on Black Friday and we always buy the summer sausage 5
Sim31 Posted October 24, 2021 Posted October 24, 2021 Hmmm, throws is the only thing I can think of, one year it can be Kohls and next year, Walmart or another place might have some I try to get. 1
Kanyon71 Posted October 24, 2021 Posted October 24, 2021 Movies. We always end up picking up some of those. 1
bluebear Posted October 24, 2021 Posted October 24, 2021 Throws (even last year when I made 30 blankets during the year as gifts!), sheets, mattress pads, towels, all from Kohl's. Batteries, I prefer to get them from home depot rather than Lowes as their packs are more relevant to my needs. And mama gets poinsettias from HD every year.Flash drives from Best Buy, but that may stop this year as we just don't use them much anymore.Dog treats and toys from Petsmart. Used to get litter until the deal changed, and sadly we no longer need it. The last few years we've also waited til November to buy Google and nest things, like minis and hubs. This year we will be buying another mini and some cameras.Cheap earbuds is also something rlse I used to stock up on, but I don't think I've seen those in a couple of years. 2
tjredsox4 Posted October 24, 2021 Posted October 24, 2021 DVDs and clothes at Walmart are a couple of things I get every year. 1
stina629 Posted October 24, 2021 Posted October 24, 2021 Of course the Kohl’s throws, and before they changed it, cat litter. I’m hoping it’s back this year, come on petsmart 1
okannie Posted October 24, 2021 Posted October 24, 2021 DVD's, I prefer to be able to pull it from my collection than try to find which streaming service might have itReally good towels from Penney's or Kohl'sToys when I had littles 1
lucyismycat Posted October 24, 2021 Posted October 24, 2021 High thread count sheets from Walmart for a pretty good price ($20 or $30, can’t remember how much). However, this year’s price is a lot higher, and I don’t really NEEEEEEEEED any sheets. I also buy the set of Rubbermaid containers Walmart had every year. After thanksgiving dinner, I sent leftovers home with guests in all of my “old” Rubbermaids, and then I go out and buy all new ones. Lol 1
connieh Posted October 24, 2021 Posted October 24, 2021 Walmart Towels and Bathroom rugsMenards Batteries and a new dog bed 1
tracy0504 Posted October 25, 2021 Posted October 25, 2021 Rubbermaid containers, Big One throws, batteries from Lowe’s/Home Depot, poinsettias from Lowe’s/Home Depot... 3
pooks Posted October 25, 2021 Posted October 25, 2021 KOHL’S Big Ones throws…total addiction. Every year I get sucked in and buy no less than 6 or 8. Last year I think I ended up with a dozen 2
grouchers Posted October 25, 2021 Posted October 25, 2021 Coffee makers since they always die in July when no one has a sale. 1
jtitus2014 Posted October 25, 2021 Posted October 25, 2021 Kohl's Big Ones. My 4 year old is Autistic and he loves those blankets. It's the only ones he will use. Phone accessories, winter clothing for kids, and Straight Talk phone for my oldest son is an every year purchase. I used to do wax warmer set from Walmart but they haven't had them in the ad the last couple years. 2
jesusluvu Posted October 25, 2021 Posted October 25, 2021 Kohls throws, batteries, socks and underclothes for the family, picture frames, bedding, towels and wash clothes from JC Pennys, and clothes. 1
dantegirl Posted October 25, 2021 Posted October 25, 2021 Face cream hub? Good idea. What brand/kind do you buy.
