  1. Yes, different UPCs, same packaging, the Chinet plates 10in 8pk, the UPC for the ones on clearance ends in 178. I had to dig through, they were all mixed together. The small plates I think have the same picture as the big plates, not the cheescake or whatever it was.
  2. Yes, the pop-up tape dispensers have different UPCs. The ones on clearance end in 618. I couldn't find any other difference in the packaging. And speaking of different UPCs, same packaging, the Chinet plates 10in 8pk, the UPC for the ones on clearance ends in 178.
  3. Packaging is very similar, the difference is the placement of the 8". The UPC is different, the ones on clearance ends in 3884.
  4. Yep, that's what I was thinking too, my first trips are hurried to get to the next. I just returned from a 3rd trip to 1st store... Saw something in a picture that I recognized seeing earlier! So I guess I'll have to make another trip to the other tomorrow...
  5. Made another trip to the first store I visited, think I got more on the 2nd trip! Got some bath gel and bath poufs, and some nail polish and lip gloss, and I have little gifts sets already made up! Debating if I want to go ahead and stick them in gift bags (that I got today too) and have them all ready for next year! Found some The Christmas Story T-shirts and pajamas, but my husband or boys have never seen the whole movie, so it's lost on them. (I know, bad mom!) I did find a Yoda shirt though that will hopefully still fit my son next year. I want to extend my thanks to everyone on here too, it's always nice to share deals! Makes things much more fun, and easier!
  6. I was way late getting out today, but still did pretty good. Remembered to grab a ham, it wasn't $.79/lb like a PP poster found, but was $1.49 so still good. Got men's slippers, belt, wallets, jammie pants, watch in plastic ornaments, and other men gift things. And lots of tape, pop-up dispensers, and refills.
  7. Ugh. I hate when they do that. A few years ago I had my two closest stores go 75% on different days. That's the only time that has happened though. I doubt I will venture out today to check the other though.
  8. Thanks! I usually get a ham too, but hadn't thought about it this year. I'll put it on the list to get.
  9. Still 70% here. And I remember years ago like Timswife said, it did used to be late, Jan 7 was reliable for a while. Oh well, maybe tomorrow.
  10. I visited my closest store today and checked all the regular aisles, and made my list of where things were I wanted to check back for. This store also has so many paper plates and napkins left, and a fair amount of gift bags and tissue. Not that I need any more gift bags and tissue. My next closest store didn't have too much I was interested in the other day, but they did have a lot of the tape pop-up refills, so I will make a trip for those at 90%.
  11. Yep, same here. I think I used it 2 or 3 times over the year, so not really worth it to pay for. But oh well, it'll be nice to have for those 2-3 times this year!
  12. The scissors are red or turquoise, and in a plastic pouch. There are some hanging in the regular aisle regular price on those are $6.xx. You can tell the difference because on the clearance ones, the 8" written on the package is up towards the middle, the normal ones are closer to the bottom. The DCPI is 081060028, and the UPC has 3884 at the end. I also got some chocolate covered pretzels, get them every year. They make great snacks for my lunchbox. And I also reuse the plastic containers, I use them to put strip wood and wallpaper in for my dollhouses.
  13. Didn't make it out until 8 tonight, had one last family Christmas thing to do today. This one store is usually real good about moving stuff to the seasonal area, but the front grocery part of the store still had Oreos, frosting, and some other baking stuff. Yay! Also found some scissors and tape (but I am on tape restrictions, so didn't buy any), and kid's toothpaste. Productive trip. I'll head to another in the morning.
  14. Interesting, because I have been using Safari fine, even last night (starting about midnight when it came up)... Goofy internet...
  15. Both my boys got Surfaces, and they love them. All 3 kids got Windows 8 phones, and are excited, they've been working on customizing them. Daughter is happy about her car radio and boots and fitbit. Younger son has been playing his new Xbox game pretty much non-stop - with the Surface beside him...
  16. I am still finding packs of tape I bought 5 years ago... And every year I buy more...
  17. I didn't get up to Target until noon. But was able to get foil, plastic snowmen cups, Chinet plates, oreos, and some cookie mix. There was more stuff, but I had people with me that weren't up for the challenge. I'll head back out later.
  18. Oh my. I'm so sorry.
  19. Christmas stuff at my store was 30% this morning. Not sure it was everything, lights and decorations mostly. Seems like the crafty stuff might have been 50%, but don't hold me to that. I don't think paper or bows was marked down. Turkey Roasters were 50%, $14.98.
  20. That's a great idea. I'm not very creative either - I am hiding my daughter's cash (rent money) inside her laptop case she's getting. Can't wait to hear more suggestions!
  21. I had a similar thing, but I think mine was only $4 or so. I assumed it was from an earlier purchase, although I can't imagine what. Yay for us!
  22. Best Buy now has the Surface in-store!! They have it on display, and available to purchase. I'm so happy I don't have to go an hour to the mall this weekend... There was a mom and her young teenage son there playing with it. The kid had researched it and really wanted it. And he said the same thing my DS said, no to the Asus Win8 tablet. It made the mom feel better knowing we were buying 2 for our teenagers.

Sorry, ignore me, I was at wrong store... Going back in my hole now. With Walmart, I think you shoud be okay, don't do much shopping there so I'm not familiar with their policies. Looking at their website, I didn't see anything related. Good luck!
