The Kohl's cash isn't good until Sunday. I'm going to BB tomorrow to pull the trigger on a 40" Sony HDTV (I think :) )

I wasn't looking for one but my Walmart sold out of these at about 5:45am. It seemed like everyone had one in their cart.

What are the specs??

My Menards ran out of most of their doorbusters very early. I go there at 9:30 am (they were my 5th stop). Oh well, nothing that I wanted terribly bad. If there was, they would have been my first stop.

At 7:45 pm there were about 25 people in line at my BB. That should take care of the "big" BF items there. Anyone who lines up now will be shooting for the 2nd tier items. Pretty darn long wait for 2nd tier items!!

I think I'm going to pull the trigger on the 40" Sony 1080p at BB for $1949. I'll sleep on it tonight!

There's so many brands out there now. Garmin seems to be the cream of the crop. A bunch of great deals starting tomorrow.

I just got back from my BB. Nothing is out yet. The only prep they did was the yellow tape on the carpeting to identify the checkout lines. My BB has about 12 cash registers, so that is very nice. No stacks of anything are out yet. They have many PCs piled up on top of the ailes. I checked out their laptop cage, and there weren't too many in there! As for the one thing I was eyeing, the 17" LCD monitor, they only had about 8 on the shelf. Ugh!

Why not save the headache of camping out and get the $399 laptop at Staples? It's a nice laptop!

My Walmart did tickets for their limited items last year.

The rebate form didn't list the eligible models. I suspect it's not every HP laptop. I doubt they would accept it, but it may be worth a try.

Be careful! Apparently, the $399 laptop is not available at all Staples locations. Go to staples.com, enter your zip code and pull your local BF ad.

Uh-oh! Looks like that $399 laptop is not available everywhere. Plug in different zip codes, and in some cases you won't see the $399 laptop! It's there in my area (lower right corner of first page), but I'm not going after the $399 laptop.

If you're near a Sears, I believe they'll have many, if not all tires, on sale this weekend. We just bought 2 Goodyear's there for my daughter's car.

If the price is wrong they will not have to honor the ad. Period. All they need to say is that it was a mistake. There's no bait-and-switch involved if they don't try to sell you something else in it's place. Good luck finding a lawyer that'll take your case. Just hope that you get that price, and if not move on. Good luck and let us know what happens.

Yes, 5am EST is the same as 4am CST. The only thing that could mess this up is that they would decline your order if you're entering an address in a Central Time zone at 4am, but I highly doubt they're sophisticated enough to do this. I suspect you'll be able to order at 4am CST, 3am MST, and 2am PST.

Make copies of everything you send in!! You'll be glad you did! :)

Take a Thanksgiving shopping trip to Chicago or Minneapolis. Make a weekend out of it! :)
