I'd love to know as well. We probably won't know until we can get a clearer scan. You were actually able to read more than me.

You can Ebay the monitor if you have to take it, then buy a bigger monitor from BB or elsewhere on BF. I suspect there's going to be loads of great BF monitor deals all over. I may grab the 17" at BB for $79.

You might be better off with the T6536 on closeout. But then again, you can go for the $189 PC and eBay the monitor for at least $50. That would bring it down to at least $139

I think there are lots of great deals, it just depends on what you need or want.

IMO, BB has the best customer service of any store that I shop at, not just electronics stores.

Here come the price wars!! Hope you don't have BB or CC stock. CHICAGO (Reuters) - Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (NYSE:WMT - News) on Friday said it lowered prices on nearly 100 electronics including plasma televisions, digital cameras and mobile phones, getting a jump on the holiday-season price wars. The world's biggest retailer has vowed to aggressively cut prices this holiday season as it tries to lift anemic sales at its U.S. stores. In October, it cut prices on a selection of toys and games, which it said boosted sales volume. The latest markdowns include a $500 cut on a Panasonic 42-inch plasma television to $1,294. Rival Best Buy Co. Inc. (NYSE:BBY - News) offered a similar Panasonic 42-inch plasma television for $1,708.99 on its Web site. Best Buy's stock was off more than 2 percent at $51.88 in midday trading on the New York Stock Exchange, after trading as high as $53.71 earlier in the session. Rival Circuit City Stores Inc. (NYSE:CC - News) was down 1.4 percent at $25.75 on the NYSE, after hitting $26.48 earlier in the day. Both stocks fell sharply after Wal-Mart's announcement. Analysts contend that specialty chains can fend off Wal-Mart by offering better in-store service as well as in-home installation for sophisticated electronics. Wal-Mart posted disappointing October sales and forecast flat November sales at U.S. stores open at least a year, in part because of poor demand for trendy apparel and disruption from store remodeling efforts. Chief Executive Officer Lee Scott told analysts last week that he was not satisfied with Wal-Mart's poor sales growth, but expected demand to improve during the holiday season. Wal-Mart's stock was down 93 cents, or 1.9 percent, at $47.36 on the NYSE.

My oldest daughter just told me that she wanted to go. This from a person who wakes up no earlier than 10 or 11 unless she has to. I asked if she realized that has has to wake up VERY early, and that I hope she likes big crowds in tight spaces. She said yes,and she has lots of presents to buy so she needs to save money and she figured this would be the right time to do so. Welcome to BF!

NFL Replica Jerseys at JCPenney.com - $16.99

If these guys end up back on their original teams, you'll end up with great deals on these jerseys! -
I don't think you'll find a combo unit that is both a VHS and DVD recorder for under $100. There are several DVD recorders for under $100, though. Here's one from Best Buy.

I bought this same one last year at OM on BF. I transferred all my VHS tapes to DVD using a separate VHS player. We are now VHS-free home. Everything is recorded and watched on DVD. This is probably the least expensive way to go assuming you currently have a VHS player.

TigerDirect-Memorex 1GB flash drive 4.99 AR plus bonus
Gurnee Al replied to tdanette's topic in Online Hot Deals
The infamous huge Tiger Direct rebates. Nice find and great price, but I've heard horror stories on their rebates. Proceed with caution. -
Probably won't go there. Of all the major BF stores, CUSA is the furthest. I can probably get what I need closer to my my home for similar prices.

Best Buy Reward Zone Member Event Oct 22 2006
Gurnee Al replied to bigjimslade's topic in Offline Hot Deals
Thanks for the update. I figured there wasn't going to be any special pricing over and above the normal sale items they have today. Sell your mug on eBay in about 30 years. It may be worth $10 by then. :) -
Welcome new members!

Go to the newer store so you can also hit the other stores for BF.

In my Menards, every cash register was open, and every line was all the to back of the store. Everyone was nice and friendly, though. I'd do it again for their doorbusters.

Thanks. I've never been in that situation with Walgreens. I can use both a Walgreens coupon and a manuf coupon for the same product, and they never give me any hassles. But then again, I've never combined both on a single item to make it "less than free".
