Well most electronic stores only give you 30 days, with only 15 days on some items like computers. Most also have a Holiday return policy that is a bit more relaxed. For instance... with Best Buy, anything purchased after Nov 1 and before December 25 can be returned by 8 Jan 08. TRU does have a Holiday return policy listed for their online store where "anything" can be returned if postmarked before 4 Jan 08 regardless of purchase date. I'm not sure if this also applies to BM stores, but I would call 1-800-869-7787 to speak with a rep and confirm before I jumped to conclusions. I couldn't find anything about a Holiday return policy for their stores.

You think that is bad... it gets worse the longer you are married. I hide my wifes gifts in a closet in my office. I went in there the other day and noticed a different bag on the top of everything. (I put everything in unmarked boxes, so I don't think she peeked). I open up the bag and it is a PJ set that she had bought and put in there for herself. The best way to do this is to use a blade to cut around the UPC, but not all the way through the box. Then, put the blade under a corner of the UPC and pry up a little. Peel with your fingers from the corner, and the UPC should come up along with the first layer of cardboard from the box. I use this technique all the time. It keeps the box and UPC in tact. Hope that helps.

You should be able to get a replacement SIM from ATT. Not sure how much they cost, but it shouldn't be too expensive. That can then be used with just about any phone. Also, check to see if your home owners insurance will cover it. They just may...

I don't think that you are doing anything wrong really... If you are posting it directly from your email, make sure that the link isn't two lines long, or you may only be posting the first line here. That is a common problem. You may have to reconstruct the link. If you are copying pasting from a browser window, then you may already be at a link that has session information attached to it. Go back to the email and copy and paste the original link. If you can't figure it out, copy the whole email and paste it to a Personal Message (PM) to me, and I will take a look at it.

You didn't do anything wrong with your post. You stated that you returned things to Wal-Mart without a receipt, and that is perfectly ok. Now, had you stated that you constantly buy things from other stores and then return them to Wal-Mart, that would be a different story.
