As an offshoot of this, I just ordered the Wii Console w/ Charger from Frys.com for $274. My question is (and ofc now is a stupid time to ask) in the description there is no mention of it coming w. anything but the console and the charger. Do all Wii consoles come standard w/ nunchucks and 1 remote?

You would be better off doing the TRU sale. Last night I bought Wii PLay w/ Remote for $50 and got $20 off Mario Kart w/ the wheel. I am not an electronics super shopper but think this was a pretty good deal.

In past years my local TJ Maxx would have an additional 50% off all clearance on BF. Last year I went in on BF all excited and asked what they were doing and they said nothing, just their everyday low prices.

Your boss sounds like a really sweet guy. We get a core contribution to our 401k every year bu we never know how much it will be or if it is even coming each year. We can elect to take it in cash (and taxed to death) which (if we get one this year) a lot of people will do this year bc they are afraid to invest anymore in the market.

I always cook enough to plan for leftovers for family members to take home. My FIL and BIL live alone and I at least get the satisfaction of knowing they will have decent, healthy-ish meals for a few days after. That said, both my SIL's get food to take home as well as do my nieces and nephews (even when they don't show up my SIL's take stuff to them) and all in my freshly purchased Gladware. I like doing this. Now that said, my SIL hosts Thanksgiving and never does a leftover get sent home with us. This same SIL is the one above that gets leftovers from our house. She will send me home w. whatever is left of what I made but that is all. NO turkey, nothing but what I made (broccoli casserole and 2 desserts usually). In the past I have made stuffing at my house just to keep and have there so that I have some sort of leftover action post holiday.

Real whipped cream for me!! On pies and warm gingerbread at the holidays. YUM For waffles w/ fruit, sudaes, hot cocoa, and occasionally on pies when I am in that mood I use redi whip. You just cannot beat that SHHHHHHHHHHHHHZZZZZZZZZZ noise!

I can agree w/ Crazypurgatory on the GoPhone point. I know you can do this, just change the SIM Card around (I think ATT is the only company you can do this with). Dollar General has a really good deal on a Motorola Razr-type GoPhone right now, $29 I think.

Ahh!! Not working on the Pink sweats! Oh well, there will be more to come I am sure.

We just got a new Dick's in our mall. I am excited about the Carhartt jacket. I will definitely be stopping there.

sas377, the only thing D did not like about the QF is that you cannot select vibrate alone to receive text messages. She might be missing something but so far she said that seems to be the case. I think that is a little weird though. I am still interested in any BF deals as well. I need a new phone (well need is a strong word here, would like) and DD17 does need one (her razr is hanging on by a thread).

My D couldn't stand waiting, she got the Quickfire last night. Really likes it so far. The guy gave us a nice deal, free memory card and knocked $15 off the price as well. Our upgrade OOP was $155 including tax and she will get a $50 Visa GC rebate card.

Looks like a good site. Too bad they are out of my D's size in the Ugg Cardys.

Yeah someone at work just told me Amazon IS charging tax now to NY'ers. Bummer bc that will probably keep me from ordering from them in the future.

I don't have a Sam's membership or one near me. I am considering this Meijer deal to save myself worrying about getting it down the road. Like Amazon I won't have to pay tax. IDK, someone poke me and tell me what to do!!!!

I just bought my D a NF Nuptse jacket (down) on Moosejaw.com. It was a child size regularly priced $125 but with a 20% off coupon I found on here it got down to $100!! I was so happy that I also bought her a Khumba Fleece which was normally $60 so go that down to $48 and free shipping and no tax for me!! The 20% code is 200 and is good till Thursday I think.

Thanks to whoever posted the code for moosejaw. I just got D a (kids) Nuptse Jacket and a Khumbu fleece for $148 shipped!!! This will be a great surprise for her since last night she was drooling over the Nuptse I got her older sister at TJ Maxx for $99 (they didn't have younger D's size). Good thing I am working lots of OT lately!
