I agree! My almost 8 year old nephew was really into Justin Bieber so for his birthday last year I surprised him and took him to a JB concert! It was his favorite gift and he still raves about it. As my 12 yo has gotten older and has outgrown toys we have started doing trips, concerts, etc for birthdays and other holidays.

I have to second the vizios. We have 2 and the first one is 4 years old and the second is 1 year old. No problems whatsoever. Everyone we know that has them love them too.

I do magazine subscriptions in the stockings. I print out a picture of the magazine and put it in an envelope. The first time I did it a few years ago I was going to get the actual magazine from the store and put the subscription note in the front cover. Well I got to Walmart and saw the single cover price was more than I paid for the whole year and I about crapped! That is why I put the picture in the envelope and do it that way.

All I can say is wow. What a tear jerker!

We also have verizon. 3 lines. Unlimited texting, unlimited internet access and 1000 minutes to share. We pay $155 a month. We never go over our minutes because pretty much everyone we call is verizon/alltel or in the circle of numbers (not sure what verizon calls it, we just got merged here a few months back).
