I got off to a slow start this year, but am almost finished. I still need to pick up a gift card for my 87 year old grandma, grab a couple of gifts for the neighbors and something for my dad. My DD's birthday is this weekend and thankfully all that shopping is done, now I just need to finish wrapping birthday and Christmas stuff. Then holiday baking and all that, and I haven't even started my Christmas cards Not sure what's up with me this year, I'm usually finished with them the weekend after thanksgiving. DD's ipad will be here Friday and I can't wait to check it out. I have to force myself not to give it to her early lol

Mine came today too! I got a cute pink john deere license plate, a smaller green one, a hershey bar and some star bucks hot cocoa. Thanks a lot Secret Santa, I"m excited to get the license plates up on the wall! My daughter has already confiscated the hot cocoa lol. I did take a picture but something is wrong with my picture program on here so I will upload to hubby's computer when I get a chance. Thanks again

The lady at the cancellation department said no they couldn't give me that price again because it was a special so we have to charge you the regular price now and its only $120 with the 30% discount you are getting for multiple vehicles. I told her they never told me it was a special price, I asked how much the year subscription was and the man told me $80. So then she asked me what I wanted to do, pay the $120 or cancel service. I told her I would talk to my hubby and call back. So I guess my question is, were you really prepared to cancel? I love having it but am really frustrated about them changing the price on me. I have a hard drive in the vehicle so its not that big of a deal, but still. I will post after I call back. Thanks for your advice.

Good grief, my service auto renewed today for $120, not the $80 the guy quoted me. What a joke trying to deal with the cancellation department. So I'm stuck paying the $120 or not having the service.

We don't have a Kmart or Sears where we live now but my hometown has both. I don't ever shop at either store if I can help it. I hated Kmart since I was a kid because they would only have 1 checkstand open and the line took forever. I remember several times finding good deals but leaving my whole cart because I wasn't going to wait an hour to check out. The Sears is just clueless. I went there the other day to return a tool I bought online that they supposedly canceled and the manager had no idea how to process my return and had to call the help desk. So no, I'm not surprised either. I can't see them closing either of their stores in my hometown because Walmart is their only competition. DH hates those stores too but loves craftsman tools so for his sake, I hope they don't close them.

My 13 year old loves the ones posted by racerfan and Hole in the Wall,Disneyland Adventures and Kinect Sports Season 2. As for non kinect games, she loves Skylanders!
