My Wal-Mart did this a few weeks ago, I got some seriously good deals. Wii remotes were like $17, kids bed spreads and full size sheet sets were $6, and tons of other things I can't remember.

are you thinking of the kohls clearance from april? It was insane. I got carters outfits for $1-$2 a piece, $3 for nike shoes, and lots of other great finds. That was the time when I had like 45 packages show up in the same day:eek: Thank god DH was at work, he would have crapped!!

My neighbors have the leg lamp, I think DH wants to get one, too. I had no idea what he was talking about until we watched the movie. I had never seen the movie before but bought it for him since its his favorite Christmas movie.

I had that for a while too, but didn't get the text until 8 am and sometimes they were sold out by then.

Moon sand is by far the worst creation yet! DD just HAD to have it one year and i haven't let her play with it since. Lots of well meaning family members bought her different sets because they knew she wanted it and I put them all in the gift closet! She spent last Christmas with her real dad, he sent her home with a giant drum set, he spent several hundred on it but said he didn't have room for it. Well, neither do we! Its still in the garage in the original box! When my cousins were small and got annoying gifts, my uncle would say "wanna bath with your new toy"? I thought that was a good one, hehe. Forgot to mention I gave my nephews light sabers and after five minutes had almost put out my BIL's eye! Only thing that saved him was he was wearing his new sunglasses!!

I got a few of these before Christmas to put up for gifts. They are really cute!! I also found a few of the "cars" brand cars at the local $ store, I think that would make a nice gift for a little boy.

Woo hoo! Just came home for lunch and my ss was here! Whoever you are, you totally made my day. Sent me a bunch of cute scrapbook stickers for my christmas pages, some lip gloss and some bath and body works hand sanitizer. I have been wanting to get some, too. My sister had some and I really liked it. My ss was also a sweetie and put in a cute goodie bag for my dd. I will post pictures later and let you know what she got when she gets out of school. It is $9.80 and there is two different boxes you can use. A regularish box and also a shirt type box. The large flat rate box is $12 something if you need bigger than one of the $9.80 boxes.

I guess I don't understand. Just was going to use some songs we had purchased that are in our music library. We had a ton of itunes giftcards dd got for her birthday. Is this against the law? Would I need to buy a seperate itunes gc for the niece? I would still be using the same music, just wondering.

I think its a great idea. We are doing the same thing for dh's niece. She doesn't have access to a computer so we will download some of dd's songs for her so she at least has something to listen to.

I haven't in years past since we just have a community mail center on our street. Recently our mail carrier changed and she is so darn nice. She will actually come to my house and drop off packages so I don't have to go all the way to town to get them. I don't know what I will get her yet but will have to do something nice for her. The case of beer for the garbage men is a good idea, too. Mine are super nice.

I shop all year long so we really don't have spending limits. I often buy my own gifts, too because I will see a really hot deal online and go tell DH and he will say just buy it. I hate the thought of passing it up and then him spending full price on it.
