We have a pillow top mattress and like it- ours has it on both sides and they recommended that we flip it periodically and rotate. The pillow has not smooshed down either (we didnt get the super thick pillow top, just moderate). Ours came from Denver Mattress and we have had it several years now, probably paid about $600 for the set?

We have a Panasonic with wireless rear speakers that we really like a lot - I think it was about $300-400? Holds five discs, but the wireless rear speakers was the selling point for us (by wireless I mean it has a little box that you plug the two rear speakers into so that you dont have to run speaker wire all the way from behind the unit)

Hot Topic has two choices for $1 donation to a music charity- we chose the bigger one- it is black, about the size of a messenger bag, with a small white skull on it. My 13yo told me now I will not be such a dork getting groceries =)

I can see why the Macy's near me is closing- I think they are way overpriced on everything and I really dont know anyone who shops there

No broken toys, but I did have a broken vacuum because my 13 yo son sucked up about a million airsoft BBs and the biggest wad of wrapping paper you have ever seen in the vacuum and it was stuck in the hose- so big I actually opened up the paper to make sure no present in it! =)

I would really like to find an awesome MP3 player on clearance so I can use my $50 nabisco win on it =)

75% off at my Colo Spgs store today too- There were like 8-10 aisles of stuff, so much left, but there were a lot of people there going crazy so I made sure I got the stuff I wanted most now, might get some more if it goes to 90% got my cards for next year and one strand of pretty pinecone garland, along with lots of other stuff- oh yeah- the little stocking stuffer type things were included so got bath stuff and things like that too =)

This year before xmas when we were getting out wrapping paper and stuff, we found the nice new dart set my son had gotten me last year! I was pretty excited.... =)

My son and I went to Target last night to get toys for the toy drive, and there were lots of toys now at 50% off on the endcaps and in the aisles- we got a couple of board games for 50%(including a Hannah Montana game)

We asked a guy at Gamestop thxgvg weekend about the guitar thing and he said that the Guitar Hero World Tour guitar should work with the Rockband stufgf, just not any earlier guitars from GH, in case anyone was wondering (I havent tried it yet to be sure though)

Just a quick update- I did receive a sort of response from FTD from my email on Friday offering me a discounted price or a new arrangement sent, I responded to them but did not get a response. Then this morning when I came on to gottadeal, I had a visitor message from a customer service manager that she would like to help out with my problem. I emailed her and got an immediate response that resolved my problem (a refund) and an apology for all I had to go through. =)

I decided to email their customer service again, and in my response I actually copied and pasted their "Good as Gold 7 day satisfaction guarantee". I even contacted them within the seven days like it stated..... hopefully they will respond with a better answer this time

My mom has expressed interest in having a nice digital camera (I think the kind you can change lenses on), but I am kind of clueless on these (I have a nice camera, just not this kind). I am working on finding out the specific one she saw (my great aunt had one with her on a family trip we went on but I didnt pay attention to what kind, features, stuff like that-we got back and my mom told me that is what she most wants for Christmas but wont tell my stepdad because she says they cant afford it). My mom took photography classes about 30 years ago, so she knows some stuff, but obviously technology has changed a lot. I am not sure I can afford one either (definitely not the $1500 ones I wish I could get her), but I could really use some help here finding an awesome deal!!!! Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Looking for a reasonably priced place to shop for DVDs? Online or in store okay. I am looking for a couple of specific ones- NYPD set, and/or Carol Burnett (maybe the show stoppers one or something similar) I had been looking on Ebay at these, but of course since it is close to christmas everything is way more expensive =(

I ordered flowers for my parents for Thanksgiving (I ordered them and had them delivered Tues before thxgvg). They were a very pretty harvest type bouquet in a vase with roses, sunflowers and some fillers. I asked my mom about them earlier this week and she said they were really nice but that they mostly died by Thursday! (Of course she didnt want to say anything until I asked). So I emailed FTD because they have a "7 day freshness guarantee" and explained the situation to them. Instead of being offered a replacement or refund (I would have been fine with even a partial refund), I got an email saying sorry, not their usual, and next time they assure me my order would be fine! What? Next time? Seriously, you have got to be kidding me.... it is posted all over their website about the freshness guarantee- I can see if I would have complained that they died on the sixth day, but this was the second day! And since I ordered on Tuesday, the second day was Thanksgiving, the day they were intended for! So not happy with FTD

wow- I think you got lucky- I had this happen once a few years ago, BB refused to do anything as the package was delivered to my old address and the new tenants kept it! So I paid for their item.... I was so mad... it was like $75 worth of stuff

my Walmart had mens pj bottoms for $4 still yesterday- simpsons, guitar hero, stuff like that

My mom is looking for something my stepdad saw on TV that he wants, but she cant remember what it was called and hasnt seen the commercial again? She said it is a bar that goes in your door frame to do pull ups or hold your leg for sit-ups, exercise type stuff. Any idea what this is called or where to find? Thanks!

I have a couple of questions about Rock Band: 1. My husband only wants Rock Band because of the AC/DC track pack thing, do we have to have the original Rock Band video game to make the separate one work? 2. Are there any guitars out there that will work with this I could buy separately instead of buying the entire band setup? 3. My son says he heard there is something you can do to your Guitar Hero guitar to make it work with Rock Band? Thanks!
