I placed my order, got one other thing- printed the receipt and everything. Then I get an email minus the tree for my order, no explanation, no sorry, no nothing. I had to email them, they pretty much just said sold out the day they placed it on the website and discontinued- Thank you. No apology or anything? I think this is pretty poor service and I am pretty mad. They could at least have sent something to inform me of this instead of just dropping it off my order.

I think I will get the finger too.... maybe the slingshot monkey while I am at it =)

I have to say- what a ridiculous thing for them to say- I am not a vest person, but we live here in Colorado- yes we get snow and cold winters- and if you go to any ski resort pretty much in the whole state you will see people wearing the vests as "outerwear". And for them to say people wear them in the summer is just ridiculous....

I used the coupon- it did state $15 off your purchase with bra purchase, so you do have to buy a bra first- I was getting a gift there anyway which just happened to be $15, so I bought a $22 bra and got the free panties. Since I was going to buy the $15 gift set anyway, it ended up coming out like getting the bra for $7!

Do you have Toys R Us? Great deal in their ad today- DS Lite, choice of one of two games (Rayman or fashion designer) and starter kit with case, screen protectors and other stuff- $149- saves $40- I think you can order online too maybe?

Got up at 4, at Sports Authority by 5:20. Hubby went with first time ever! We both got in line at Sports Authority, within first 100, I got $10 free voucher- he got $25! Got Airsoft guns for my son, 30% off- one set was 64.99 on sale, plus the 30% off, plus the $25 off, so super deal! I got an 18.97 clearance + 30% off gun, plus some of the pellets, used my $10 off, total about 7.99! We then went to Target- line around the back of the store! So we went into CC and browsed, crazy in there, nothing we wanted anyway. Back to Target, they had opened so line gone. Got the Armorall gift set $19.00, a couple of small crockpots for $4.50, and the blow up air bed with pump for about $20.00. Got 300 on DVD for 5 something and Goonies for 3 something. Off to Michael's got my son all kinds of cool art stuff, 25% off entire purchase coupon, but coupons not working- had to ring it with each item- in line longer there than at Target! Went a couple other places too- braved TRU for niece and nephew later- not fun! Came home and ate more turkey! Now I am working....

I am also a bit underwhelmed this year- not much in any of the ads I want, a couple things at Target, but that is about it. Everyone seems to have the same things on sale at every store, and I dont need 10 cameras and TV's!

My favorite is Scrooged with Bill Murray- love the part when he is being shot at and the guy is singing. Also love Christmas Vacation.

New- online only specials. Lots of affordable toys, great gifts, lots of Christmas items, also As Seen on TV items. I have ordered from them several times (catalog), and have ordered some internet specials- once in a while, especially this time of year, they will email you that the item you ordered is no longer available, but have had pretty good results. Unfortunately havent really seen any free shipping offers for them. Sorry, forgot to list web address- I cant put it because I am a new member, but it is just lakeside

I only have one to buy for, but no set present limit. If he is getting something big (Wii this year), then he gets other smaller presents, and he knows this is the way it works. He is just happy to get presents- I make sure we always donate tons of stuff to charities like Toys for Tots and our local christmas charity so he knows that there are people without. He also knows it is the thought that counts- not the cost!

I will be working both T-day and BF, but I work at home so not too bad =)

Hiding presents in their own closet is great- could totally do that in my house! My hubby is the worst though, he always guesses his presents- even when I come up with something unguessable! Glad to hear I am not the only ones with "tweens" (mine hates that btw!) that pout about the teasing!!!

When I was at Target this morning, a special little receipt printed with my normal receipt about a special sale from 11/25 through 12/1- if you use your redcard to purchase "20 exclusive gifts" that they will have these days, you are entered into a contest specific to each gift, i.e. African Safari with the camera set. You can sneak peak the promo at target.com/wow I checked them out and some of the "gifts" are high-end expensive stuff and some are not so bad, one toy was only $15. They had some cool stuff for the person that has everything.

Last year I tried to go to BB and couldnt even get in the neighboring restaurant's parking lot there were so many people- is it the same at CC? I have not attempted CC on BF yet? The Wii stuff looks great- 34.99 for the sports set at Target (which I already bought but will take back if I get the 9.99 one).

I am very disappointed in WM for this..... and everyone is right- their ad last year was terrible. I sent them an email. I have already been trying to avoid the WM closest to me- it is so dirty and yucky already. Definitely will be looking elsewhere this year!
