LOL...I think we have 2 of those and could probably use another 8 at least It's just easier/cheaper to store bday stuff/general in one and some xmas in the other with extra's standing in tall boxes stored in closet.

There seems to be a few on sale at Kmart at the moment. I highly suggest you stay away from the Lowe's ones that have 1/2 flap lids regardless of how cheap they go. The last decent ones I got were from Publix on a B1G1F sale but that was a while ago and I think they only do that sale once, maybe 2, a year

I just looked and the pint ones are .99 maybe it's an instore only price to try and clear them before the day?

bummer....we've had such bad luck with Lowe's I don't dare trust them to place an order and wouldn't drive over there especially for them. We do need some new ones though, it never fails if we let my father pick them out on BF he gets the ugliest ones. It's almost like he does it on purpose just for us asking even though he's going to HomeDepot anyways.

the deals are great and looks like Amazon is finally picking up..maybe ppl can stock up for next year? I'm all toyed out unless barbie outfits show up or a mulan costume for less than $15

you can check tracking number on orders page but you have to check EVERYTHING carefully. I've found they sometimes combine more than 1 order to a package.

Just a heads up a lot of the b;u rays are priced the same or slightly less at Amazon :)

I haven't even looked, I assumed stuff would be as much as 50% before the day but no more. In any case, I am not about to hit any mall I don't need to now :) We really don't need or have space for anything else but I would like a red tree skirt and maybe a set or two of interactive stockings for bff's kids and nephew but never seen them in this country.

That is kind of hideous for combining with holiday stuff. Why couldn't they do a red or green version for the holidays? Reminds me of the year the bf asked for BestBuy wrapping paper. He did not get it but bought himself tons if rolls in the after holidays sale.

they had another turtle head on sale today but never saw what it was when it went live since I wasn't interested. Might be worth checking the lightning deals page in the morning(when it's updated for another day) and seeing if any clues look good.

That's pretty despicable of Kohl's on both accounts, sorry guys I don't envy you having to go shopping now. I had to exchange something at Macy's yesterday and by the time I got there it was 4pm and parking was practically impossible on the outskirts of mall, I didn't even attempt a close parking.

Mail carrier took ours earlier. Only thing I could find online about her was that all the sibling were part of swim team, and that she loves to text and use her laptop. Stories made it seem like she's been away from her siblings for most of it so this should be a very joyous reunion for them all.

Can't remember. I think the trash guys get cider or cheap wine not sure if we do the same for carrier since it'd be heavy. Some years we've gone the tin of cookies or box of chocolates route too. I think there's a thread about the wrong item being sent for the BF kinect bundle with varying results and responses from customer service. I use instore pickup for my orders since there's 2 nearby and another not too much further. The last time I ordered online for shipping was about a year ago and it was a complete hassle to the point I cancelled my Sears card because even thought they screwed up and KNEW I was due full credit they insisted on me paying my balance in full, I then had to wait about 2 months for my refund check. I still make the occasional purchase mostly for Craftsman tools for my dad but on principle I refuse to carry their CC.

Spoilt girl, 13, demands presents or says 'Santa will die... and I'll cook his reindeer' Uggh...Help me understand this.....Somehow this girl made it to 13 believing and NOW she's going to threaten to KILL Santa if she doesn't get what she wants and mommy dearest is OK with this? The mother says "'I know it sounds like she is spoilt but I like to get my daughter what she wants also you don't want to get on the wrong side of her." Why doesn't the mother get the kid a stocking full of coal or nothing at all and teach the kid a lesson? If you don't want to get on the wrong side of your own kid you're either not a fit parent and/or the kid needs help(anger management/psychiatric/?). Is the mother just stupid/lazy or does she really think the kid will go out and KILL a Santa if she doesn't get the "real" Justin Bieber?
