There's no Target or Walmart near you? Was this a manager or store manager? If it was not the STORE manager, I'd make them aware ASAP. Our BB had few ppl on staff on Tuesday so maybe they're a little busy if employees have been cut and there's a holiday rush but that's no excuse to take it out on customers. While we don't know if this person is aware of your shopping history with them I think a simple "sorry, that store is not in our pm radius" would suffice, I had a Lowe's rep pull that during an over hour long stay when it should have been a quick pick up and you better believe the manager put her in her place. I agree I'd probably stay away from that store BUT with BB.com's recent bews articles I'm not sure that'd be a better option. PLUS I doubt free shipping will remain once the holidays are over.

JewelryTV screwed my mom this year. She called one morning 2 weeks ago from brothers house where she was babysitting and talked to some "genius" who she repeated the address to 5 times. Each time she asked them to confirm and they'd leave the street number out. Eventually they read it back correctly and she was advised MY christmas gift would be here for Christmas. She's called a few times since to check status and was told yesterday the person who took order had NOT entered street number therefor there's a package with our house number and zip out for delivery. She told me all upset that my Christmas gift wouldn't arrive on time and what had happened and I told her to cancel it. So I called up hoping to arrange overnight shipping or a discount or something and all I get is "I'm sorry this happened, it sounds like user error". I promptly told rep to cancel order and explained the lack of care shown to my mother over the last week and indeed on day order placed. The kicker, she ordered a tanzanite ring and the order cancelled was for a topaz ring. The rep asked me to return it should it be delivered, I'm not holding my breath "house# SW Place" does that seem like a complete address to anyone?

I may have to steal a recipe or two we have ingredients for....mom decided to do baking yesterday and just about burnt everything. This new stove/oven is odd and I guess she didn't watch it enough after 1st batch.

I still have my parents gifts to wrap and put together and they're both home ALL DAY TODAY:( My plans were blown awry when speakers on their current home theater weren't compatible with anything else but just means I'll have to scavenge/swap from another room and that part won't be done til next week unless I can scavenge today and get my cousins to help me place speakers on Monday. It's kind of better this way since both units will be fully usable then (ONLY the old av receiver will be surplus).

Not BF related but looks like the Target package I sent to my aunt's house was mis-delivered yesterday or she's just too special to find it. I never know with her and don't really feel like driving over there to look for it myself. I emailed Target about it. UPDATE: Target is issuing a refund I really wanted free shampoo/conditioner for my aunt instead but I can't really argue since they could say it shows delivered and not give me squat

They have no clue about their orders, last year they believed they hadn't mailed my package since they had no info and after I called several times and demanded a manager they reshipped the order except they got amounts of each wrong. I eventually received another package with correct order but since they wouldn't let me return incorrectly packaged order I kept it all and they lost out. LOL...I think we have 2 of those and could probably use another 8 at least It's just easier/cheaper to store bday stuff/general in one and some xmas in the other with extra's standing in tall boxes stored in closet.

There seems to be a few on sale at Kmart at the moment. I highly suggest you stay away from the Lowe's ones that have 1/2 flap lids regardless of how cheap they go. The last decent ones I got were from Publix on a B1G1F sale but that was a while ago and I think they only do that sale once, maybe 2, a year

bummer....we've had such bad luck with Lowe's I don't dare trust them to place an order and wouldn't drive over there especially for them. We do need some new ones though, it never fails if we let my father pick them out on BF he gets the ugliest ones. It's almost like he does it on purpose just for us asking even though he's going to HomeDepot anyways.
