  1. We've had the best luck offline at TJ Maxx and Nike Outlet (for past season colors) and online we usually can find either a sale or discount code for use with Eastbay or other sporting goods stores. And if you are looking for something to round out your Kohls order - you can also get Nike Elite crew socks in a few different color combinations. Can't get coupon savings, but they do count towards Kohls Cash and Yes2You rewards.
  2. There weren't a ton of things that were "musts" on my list this year, and the way it turned out was just fine. Our family Thanksgiving celebration is in MA, and their stores are closed on the holiday, so other than being tempted by CVS and Walgreens when we ran out for the local paper with ads...we just didn't go out shopping. And once we got home to NH, I slept in on Friday morning while my husband went to work and then did a bunch of online purchases. I did go into town in the afternoon, but only for a couple of things - none of which would have been the end of the world if I had missed. I really appreciate the continued tips and advice from GottaDeal! This has been my first and last source of inspiration for good deals for several years now and am sure lurking and sharing has saved me lots of money over time. A great online community - thanks so much for all of the efforts to manage and coordinate the great info!
  3. Was in Walmart in West Lebanon, NH today with son and noticed lots of PJs, CDs, DVDs, toys. My son was happy to have picked up a blue Nintendo 2DS at the $99 price today - even though the price sign for the $129 (I think that was the price on the sign) had already been increased. I was in a bit of a hurry so I didn't look to see TVs or sheet sets, etc. One of my friends had been in Walmart on Friday and was surprised that even though they had laptops left, they had already been marked up to the non-BF price later in afternoon. She decided to just keep looking.
  4. We don't have a Target near us, and my son is really set on using his birthday money to buy an ipod touch. Any news on a Cyber Monday deal? Thanks!
  5. I think that CVS has a ECB deal right now that you might be interested in: Spend $100 on ANY GAP Brand Cards get $25 extrabucks® rewards. This would include GAP, babyGAP, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and "Optionscard" (which looks like you can use at any of the GAP brand stores). This is in the 11/24-26 ad. And Walgreens has iTunes cards offer on Black Friday - buy two $25 iTunes/Apple cards, get a $15 Walgreens card free. Hope that helps!

  8. Maybe check your spam folder? I got my message within 30 minutes for sure. Here's the "from" and "subject" of that email just to help with your email search. Good luck! from: [email protected] subject: Walmart.com - Here is your order information
  9. Great advice. Wish our local Kmart had re-opened for the holidays! They had to close after Hurricane Irene due to flooding. I think that I might have seen red/green totes at Walmart for $5 and my last few were ones from Home Depot, so I can check there as well. Last stop will be BJ's to see what they might have on hand. Wish me luck! Have been tossing lots while kids are at school.
  10. In my quest to clear out some clutter before my extended family arrives to celebrate Christmas at our home...I am looking for any deals on plastic totes that I can use to store out of season kids clothes waiting for next summer's yard sale; and items that I don't toss and will need a more extensive sort before tossing or donating or keeping. I know that there is usually more of a market after Jan 1 when everyone puts "Get Organized!" on their goals list for the new year, but I wondered if you had seen any early sales or offers that I could take advantage of. Thanks! PS: I know that the best thing to do would be to make a quick decision on these things and move on, but I really have limited time and need to focus on getting more space available in the very short time left before Friday.
  11. Just wanted to say thanks for posting this deal - I ended up going to Walmart last night and picking up 3DS for $169 and getting the $40 gift card. They didn't have any sale tags up, and the cashier in electronics hadn't known about it. I used that $40 card at the front registers to help with my other items. :)
  12. By any chance is this online, or only in store? Thanks! EDIT TO ADD: Looks like I found a similar bundle online, but no longer available. Also it is the pink one, so my son would for sure be not as thrilled. LOL
  13. $50 iTunes card available at Walmart.com for only $40! Electronic delivery. Limited time offer, while supplies last. Got the link with itunes code within about 15-20 minutes. Good luck!:)
