I should have really posted yesterday but it was a complicated day. Anyone who bought the 48.88 pan set with $20 rebate and hasn't yet mailed in rebate is probably too late. I bought mine online Thursday and just mailed it in yesterday hoping it gets put through since sale started late. Rebate form says it needs to be postmarked within 14 days. Good luck!

Every little bit helps, some people struggle to make ends meet and that 50$ saved from gifts could go to a nicer meal or maybe they will turn around and help someone they know in need. The next time I see a good sale at the grocery store I'll buy some extra and donate to a local meeting place for low income folk.

a late update but rebates for george foreman and panini grill were instant in store. The black and decker rice cooker I bought online is mail-in, not sure if that's cause I bought it online or what. Wish I'd checked to see if they had it in store since now there's a limit of 1 so have to return 1

We've already had a few stories on the news of mail carriers being mugged etc for stuff

those #'s can be punched into store scanner or online site (posted somewhere) to check stock and price in particular store

that's precious....AND reminds me that the build a rudolph fabric we bought 2 years ago at walmart after xmas and the fiberfill we bought from joanns last year is still waiting to be made into 2 rudolphs for GS and nephew. Maybe we can build/attach a little (detachable) sleigh.

It's NEVER a good time to lose a parent, but I would think the holiday season makes it that much more difficult. Many good thoughts and wishes for you and your loved ones through this difficult time. Instead of focusing on being sad at missing her this year, maybe you could create a new tradition of sharing memories of her around this time to uplift you. I too thought I'd posted this sooner, I've been preoccupied worrying about other things

I semi agree. I don't worry about ppl who dislike whatever I get them but I get them something I think they might like which isn't junk since it's cheaper than giving them cash. If $ isn't a problem, I second this idea maybe bake her cookies or a fruitcake if she likes that stuff instead of planning out a basket if she's that difficult.

sorry, looks like I ordered the last few and mine have shipped to store. The only one I can't find on here is the blue set but will look up on laptop later see if it's available, all others show sold out at 6.88 price. I was able to order 2 more brown and 1 red FULL since it lowered quantity from 2 when I tried to place order. I found them accidentally when going through and deleting the tabs I'd stuck at top of firefox for easy shopping.

toys I got mostly at Target over summer/January clearance bought one each at penneys and kohls on BF. Blurays I've pretty much stayed away from aside from a handful at amazon and a few each at target and BB. I had a few amazon deliveries a day last year starting week before BF and this year maybe 10 total from Amazon.I did get a good deal on a GPS with lifetime maps and traffic though.

7.99 for neverending story on bluray if they honor the error. Not sure wether to bother, picture and description reflect right movie but they've named it where the wild things are next to picture on both sale and item page. Bff would love it for kids though. UPDATE: Amazon has it for the same price minus taxes and no worries about what you're getting

I was kind of surprised all my Kohl's stuff was here when I got back on Saturday. There were several different boxes though. It does usually take forever though and check your package. I usually get really destroyed packages from them because they use the wrong size box and don't bother padding it.
