I've had nothing but great experiences with Overstock.com. Unfortunately -- and sometimes fortunately for us -- due to the hectic pace of the holiday shopping season, a lot of retailers are making many mistakes. I wouldn't rule them out in the future based on this one experience, though I understand how frustrating it can be. I'm sure if you call in they will make sure it gets to you in time for Christmas. I hope you get it in time!

I have several that I purchased from Amazon. I have an ihome boombox that fits most players. I use it with my Zune. I also have some white logitech speakers that I use with my Zune as well. Both are very good quality. We also have a few no-name that we dont really use.

Got an email this morning from Walmart apologizing for the cancellation and not informing me and giving me $10 gift card for my trouble. It said everyone affected would get one. Used mine for Just Dance 2, the game they cancelled (played Just Dance last night for first time and it is so much fun!!) so paid $21.00. I'm liking Walmart a whole lot right now.

Yep. My mother took them for me, in the cardboard box and all. Was refunded $51.90 for the two, no questions asked. Make sure you get the shipping refunded as it was high to begin with, and its no loss to Walmart as the full price of the remotes is $49.99.

just returned 2 of the 4 controllers that I ordered to the store. Cost+tax+shipping refunded. Waiting to receive the other 2 to return them as well.

The one and only time I filed a claim with UPS, it was resolved quickly with no issues. Amazon had sent a package with electronics and other stuff via UPS and the UPS driver left it out on my front step in the rain. Needless to say, everything in the box was ruined. They had amazon refund me the purchase price of everything and I reordered.

Me too! These game deals are too good to pass up, but also means I'm buying more games than we can play. lol

Second year in a row we are doing bath and body works items. In prior years, I'd buy a $25 Target gift card for each, but cutting back this year.

My controllers for the games that I got shipped. The one for the one cancelled shows as still processing. Will have to call customer service today.

For those still waiting, my Super Mario Galaxy 2 that was showing as processing has now shipped. Still no controllers, but I don't want those anyway...will return if I get them. So there's hope for those still waiting. Good customer service by Walmart in honoring the pricing mistake and eating the loss. I've now gotten 3/4 of the games I've ordered. 1 was canceled. I emailed them and got a non-responsive generic response (but right after that, my 3rd game shipped). I'm going to call in once I get tracking info on SMG2 and try to get Just Dance 2 or a gift card for my trouble. Very happy!!!

Placed 4 orders at around 1:30. 2 went through, 1 cancelled, 1 still processing (likely to get cancelled). I have read on another site that customers are having success by calling customer service and pitching a fit. Worth a try. I intend to try tomorrow.
