We started our dealing last Wednesday (day before turkey day) and are still working on it. Car we wanted turned out to already be sold, so we had to pick another car out and so forth. HOPEFULLY we can get everything worked out in the next day or so and be done with this. Nice thing is we are doing it all online so we aren't spending needless hours in the dealer with people pretending to haggle and actually probably talking about sports scores lol.

We usually have 2-4 Trees in the house (one is a small on in ours or our daughters room). All the trees have different themes. We try to buy a lot of hand made ornaments for our main tree. One year we will get to the point where it's decorated with ONLY hand made ornaments.

We went and hunted Fraser Fir's yesterday. Should be going up this afternoon or this evening at the latest. Other tree is already up and decorated. DW and DD did it last Wednesday. Started a FEW decorations outside on Saturday. Need to get my lighting system tested and setup but not sure how much time I will have for that.

That sucks but at least you had a good time and got to eat them the first time around. We have a ton of leftovers in our fridge and have been eating them all weekend. Soon I will not eat another bite of turkey for another year lol.

My wife has a cold, woke up yesterday morning not feeling well. I was telling a friend of mine earlier today that I wish I had taken today off so I could just chill out and recover from all the REALLY long days lately lol.

But gramps used to say opinions are like butt's everyone has them and most of them stink. I don't live me life or do the things I do based on others opinions as you said do what you need to do to keep her safe and the rest can take a long walk off a short pier.

I have to say this is a year where we had a pretty good balance of things bought online and in store. None of the stores where busy at all when we got to them. We actually have shopped off and on in store and online all long weekend and will continue to do so today. Still need to get our daughters 1 big gift for her.

Or they can stay all year and talk with those of us who are around here.

Eh I take all good and bad reviews with a grain of salt. Different people have different opinions on things. Our daughter wants one so we got her one. Hopefully she enjoys it.

Wow that really sucks. Did you file a report with the police in the area that they had the stuff shipped to? I'm sure it's some sort of sham address or something but might do some good if someone gets busted for it. I would love to put together a band of ninja hackers and hack the hackers and bust a huge lot of them.

So how did everyone's meal's go? Our went well we ended up doing the following. Smoked Turkey (I did a nice injection and a spiced butter for under the skin) Spiral Sliced Ham Mashed Potatoes Dressing Stuffing (yes they are different lol) Sweet Potato Casserole Corn Mac'n'Cheese Rolls Gravy Green Bean Casserole Chess Pie Pumpkin Pie Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie Wife made some drink with Apple Cider and Caramel Vodka that everyone liked (I didn't try any). Everyone had a good time and after dinner a bunch of played Cards Against Humanity.

I was, again thank you. Walmart deal on just Titanfall 2 was like $11 cheaper than other places. Nephew will love it.

Just grabbed the Ecobee Thermostat from Home Depot, will be heading up there once they text me to get it and will see what other various things are left and what I might want to pick up. Then heading out to Walmart to grab a couple of games (thanks riven ).

They are trying to make more money per device and it's an upsell.

Did you look under Your Orders online? You can always call them and verify. Could just be slow updating do to the mass amounts of traffic on the site.

Ya some of us went from working to get the sales live here to either camping or cooking or both to more shopping last night to more shopping this morning. I'm running out of energy now. I think tonight many will crash hard. How did your shopping go Jay?

Ya I missed it also. Didn't get to check in here a lot with working in the other forum.

Honestly I think the key here is always you get what you pay for. The cheaper the TV the more likely you are to be missing a lot of the features. As everyone here has said do your homework. There is a av forum our there that has a LOT of feedback on almost all TV's out there from many people who own and/or looking for feedback on them.
