Paula Deen French Toast Casserole: Ingredients 1 loaf French bread (13 to 16 ounces) 8 large eggs 2 cups half-and-half 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg Dash salt Praline Topping, recipe follows Maple syrup Praline Topping: 1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter 1 cup packed light brown sugar 1 cup chopped pecans Directions Slice French bread into 20 slices, 1-inch each. (Use any extra bread for garlic toast or bread crumbs). Arrange slices in a generously buttered 9 by 13-inch flat baking dish in 2 rows, overlapping the slices. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, half-and- half, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt and beat with a rotary beater or whisk until blended but not too bubbly. Pour mixture over the bread slices, making sure all are covered evenly with the milk-egg mixture. Spoon some of the mixture in between the slices. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. The next day, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spread Praline Topping evenly over the bread and bake for 40 minutes, until puffed and lightly golden. Serve with maple syrup. Praline Topping: Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and blend well. Makes enough for Baked French Toast Casserole.

Ya a ton of TV's this year. Looks like some decent deals also.

One of the ones we have (YES we put up more than 1 tree, maybe 4 in total) has the power cords attached to it and you just connect them and then plug the lights into those segments. VERY handy when putting it all together.

We watched a couple movies on Hallmark yesterday.

Sheets and movies, we end up getting these things EVERY year. We like the cuddle duds ones from Kohls they are super soft. Should get a cart for a commercial kitchen, you can slide the racks right onto it for cooling and they take up less counter space (that's what we always end up with too little of)

I didn't I was working on the JC Penny ad and completely forgot about it till a little while ago. I'm sure there is no need to tell you they were all gone when I remembered. lol

I had to look it up because I'm not a star wars fan but when little it looks like an Ewok.

We had to take our daughter with us a couple years ago. The person who was supposed to watch her flaked out at the last minute so we loaded her up and took her with us. She had fun for the most part but was worn out. I think somewhere my wife has a picture of her sleeping in a shopping cart surrounded by stuff. We had pre-ordered a couple of things for her from Toy's R Us so when we went to the store my wife dealt with the things for others and then I went and got her stuff and took it out of the store before rejoining them.

Wow kind of odd to close a store just before the Christmas season. Was it doing that badly?

Kind of like hunting. Go in blind and hope one crosses in front of you while you're paying attention.

Ended up a jam packed weekend so we didn't get to chill and watch movies. Will have to be this up coming weekend.

We have heavy coats and 2 4x4 vehicles. Weather like that screams Christmas season to me.

We were talking about how close BF is the other day. It's funny we talked about BF not Thanksgiving.

Sadly that's how most of them look. No ones fault but Kmart itself. I cringed when they bought Sears, I knew with how I felt about Kmart at that point it was going to be the end of Sears also.

I'm bummed, it's sold out. If it wasn't I would have bought this as it's the game and console we want for our daughter.

I don't like the $??? off stuff. Just tell me what the price is. Thinking about the iPad Pro deal, we want a new one for our daughter so may go for that deal. Wish Best Buy would hurry with their ad so I can see what they will have on them.
