You may get lucky... but technically, Target only price matches AFTER their coupon is used. So, if the Target price is $49.99, using their coupon will make it 39.99 and when you take your receipt to CS to price match, they will just tell you that their price is equal to TRUS. Therefore there is no benefit to a price match. I don't know if some people are lucky and can get the cashier to price adjust at the point of sale, but every Target I've been to makes you purchase the item and THEN take it to CS along with the ad for the price match. Target coupons adjust the price of the item automatically, so it will show up on your receipt as $39.99. Possibly just take the entire transaction to CS and bypass the cashier altogether. You may get lucky and get a clueless CS person. I'm pretty certain though that the Target policy on price matching is to only match AFTER all of their own store coupons are used. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong and if there is a written policy that contradicts what I'm saying, I'd LOVE to have it so that I can use it when I try to price match in the future!! You might give it a try. Ya never know!

Just candy, but really good bags of candy. Lots of good chocolate. It was all consolidated in shopping carts up front. I had some coupons left over, so it made it really cheap. Lord knows we don't need anymore candy around here, but for nearly free, I bought some Starbursts to have in case the mood strikes me! LOL OT, Wags had lots of M&Ms in the regular aisle for 87 cents. I used a 50 cent coupon that I peeled off a bag of M&Ms prior to Halloween. They took it without any problem, so those bags of M&Ms cost about 37 cents.

The two stores that I went to today had their Halloween candy just marked to 75% off. (So did the Walgreens.)

Those iTunes cards are a nice deal. I was able to get 2 at one store and 4 at another. The guy in electronics at the second store did not care how many I got at all. He said there were boxes of them. Also then stumbled on to a freshly marked down Halloween aisle... costumes and makeup 90%; home decor 75% and candy 50%. Got lots of costumes, but 1/2 price on candy isn't good enough for me... not that there was much of that left anyway!

I saw lots of those Baby Alives at the Ward Pkwy Target for $11.xx I found a couple packs of Bounty napkins (in the reg. aisle), some cute little Halloween books (Olivia, Dora, Marley, a fairy book), pet shops. Otherwise, not much else too interesting. The candy is just gone. There were some stray bags in the candy aisle, but honestly I got better candy deals at CVS prior to Halloween given all the in store coupons that they have combined with manuf. coupons plus I got the kinds I wanted!! $1.34 for fun size bags just doesn't seem like a real big deal. I got them for $1.23 at CVS 5 days before Halloween. Does anyone remember if Target takes candy down to 75% off at all? It seems like from last year, they don't. Not that there is much of anything left, but I'm just not remembering if we can possibly look forward to a little more discount or does it all just get salvaged now after 50%?? I can't keep track of how Target changes things from year to year... LOL!! Oh, Ward Pkwy had a lot of towels signed at 75% off... good colors too. I didn't really investigate cause I didn't need any. -

Mission Greatland has lots of those chip bags for $1.49. They are in the regular chip aisle. I got what I could use, but they expire Nov. 16 or Nov 30 depending on the bag you get. A person can only eat so many chips, so there are some more still there. However, I did tell the cashier about it. She was amazed at the price and she was very nice, so I let her in on it. This was about 9 this morning. Hardly much else left though. Some pet shops and stray bags of candy. -

I remember the Halloween barbies from last year ??? I think (or the year before)... anyway, they didn't get clearanced like years past either. They red stickered them, and Halloween Barbie hung out on the clearance end caps til Valentines Day!! LOL.. i was sorta over her by then. -

You could also use them on all the clearance titles too. I remember buying a lot of games with that coupon. I think it was any kind too... Nintendo, X-Box, PSP, whatever... The coupon was out on their website too... back when you could print as many as you wanted. Now they seem to limit their printable coupons. -

Those goggles went FAST. I went out as soon as I read here that someone found them 75% off. (I'm pretty sure it was Thursday.) I was headed toward the vicinity of Ward Pkwy, so that's where I went first. There were hardly any left. All had been marked AND signed to 75%. Then I stopped at Mission Greatland. There were a lot left also marked, but not signed. I noticed many other stores in the days following were wiped out too. Must have been lots of people waiting for those to drop! -

Oh that name just made me laugh out loud! -
That's funny because I was in a store today that had some of that candy marked down to 1/2 price on Thursday (gumball machines, lollys, etc.) Today, it was back to full price. I was thinking it was on its way to being marked further DOWN, not UP! LOL I know that all CVS stores don't clearance the same items, but I didn't realize that once something was in the clearance pipeline, so to speak, that they would pull it out and mark it back up. Guess they do!

Another thing that was hidden in plain sight are these bags of Betty Crocker Scooby Snacks. They are a larger size "snack bag" not the box of individual pouches, but they are purple and look like this. http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/31ryTlaTOvL._SL500_AA300_.jpg Got several bags for a quarter each.

Thanks for posting. I wasn't making a trip to Target today, but headed out to get next summer's supply of goggles for the kiddos! Also stumbled on this from online for $10 (reg. $39.99) http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51MYNgLZY5L._SL500_AA300_.jpg. I had customer service open it for me to make sure it wasn't chipped or missing something cause it was obviously opened. -

Anyone see if swim goggles have been marked down to 75% off today?? I'm waiting patiently, but getting weary of checking every week! :))) -
Thanks txsupermom for posting a pic. Lately I seem to be using CVS as a time filler if I just have a few moments before picking one of my kiddos up at various times and places around town! After my fun little 90% off lotion find, I've become determined to scout some stuff out while mulling around the store. I found a ton of candy for 9-19 cents today.... boxes of Raisinets, Sweetarts, bouquets of lolly pops in addition to what was pictured above. All of it was in the candy aisle just sitting there. I'm sure the clerk thought I was rather strange as I started scanning everything. I also found some of those Rubbermaid Take Alongs, only the ones I found were round little cups with twist off lids... very cool (5.99 down to 59 cents). It really becomes like a scavenger hunt. I feel like I'm 10 years old. It's more fun to find things hiding in plain sight, although a lot more difficult. Anyway, I went to another store and all their fun candy was scanning at 75% off.... still a good deal. Just didn't feel like paying a whole big quarter when I just got it all for a dime! LOL!!! Also got a bunch of those Icee Slushie Pops. I bought 2 boxes last year at 90% off and my kids LOVED those things, so I stocked up a bit more this year. I also found Pringles cans for a quarter and fruit snacks/fruit roll ups for 75% off. A real flurry of activity this week in the stores I hit. Must be sort of a big reset for the stores in my area??? Don't know the magic behind which store marks down what and how much. They all seem to get to the same things just at different times.

I had one of those 10" T.V.s in my cart today and as I strolled around the store all I could think about was, "what exactly would I use this for?" So, I guess as I understand it, if your electricity goes out, you could use this T.V. for emergencies. Or, if you are traveling somewhere or just want it in a bathroom or extra room without a cable hookup??? I guess I just talked myself out of getting it because I couldn't figure out how I would really get any use out of it. I can spend time in the bathroom away from the T.V. without too much stress. Our electricity rarely goes out and when it does, I sort of enjoy the peace and quiet!! LOL. When we travel, the kids take their DVD players and, well, anyway... I just couldn't figure out how the heck to really get any use out of it. So, I put it back. I must not be the only one. There are gobs of them at every store. Even at 75% off, they are sitting around. On another note, there are lots of neat kinds of iPod player/clock/radio/ thingies sitting around at 50% off. Those would make nice Christmas gifts if they go cheaper! I did find a Pet Shop Adoption Center for $9.98 (reg. $39.99). -

I saw one of those too... but I could have sworn it was $124.99 (I thought 1/2 price??). It was red. I had to go back to the one and only store that had the Pocket lighted covers to go with the ereaders. Every other store only had covers for the Touch model. -

I saw 4 today all locked up in the case too, and they were all marked at $104.xx. This was late in the day and there weren't any markdown team members around, but I noticed a lot of other things had gone 75% off. So I got someone to open the case and check the price. They were $37.xx... major missed sticker for sure!!! -

To be honest, I don't shop that store hardly at all. It's 20-25 minutes from my house, but I happened to be out there for something else today. I always thought electronics was Monday as well (although I have seen them done on Fridays before, just not very often). Maybe they were just a bit ahead of schedule and other stores will be marking down this Monday in the electronics dept?? Anymore, it's seems to be anyone's guess as to what items any certain store will mark down and when they will do it! LOL -

Everything in electronics marked down to 75% off today at the Speedway. It's all in the aisles, not on the endcaps. Got two HP printers ($149 down to $37.xx); Panasonic phones ($59.99 down to $17); got the last e-reader plus adaptor and case with light -- all 3 items were $67.xx); Sony armband walkmans ($40 down to $10); laptop and netbook cases ($20 down to $5); all kids storybooks/activity books were 75% off too. There's a lot out there. They were marking today at 1 p.m. -
I saw the most amazing thing at CVS today.... (I went again after my fun 90% off finds last week. I felt drawn back.. although to a different store this time. :) LOL Anyway, there was an entire end-cap of Huggies diapers in all sizes for 90% off. I don't know what the hey diddle diddle CVS is doing, but OMG!!! I just stood there in amazement. I have no kids in diapers, so I had absolutely no need for them, but there was a woman there beside me in just as much amazement furiously loading her cart. I just giggled and said "GOOD FOR YOU!!!" What a find. They were the huggies that look like denim jeans. If my girls were still in diapers, I wouldn't have cared if they had space ships and bull dozers on them. I would have loaded up. She got all those diapers for $1.19 each. They were regularly priced at $11.99 according to the sign. I just don't understand why CVS wouldn't have started them out at 1/2 price or 75% off. They would have certainly sold at that price, wouldn't they? Or, maybe there is something quirky about that particular denim looking style that I'm unaware of. In hindsight, I should have gotten 3 packs for my kids to give during the birthday party for Jesus that Sunday School classes participate in every year at Christmas. Kids are asked to bring a baby item to donate to the church hope chest. They get cupcakes and sing happy birthday, etc. That probably would have been a good idea. Rats.

I so infrequently post in the CVS deals page because, well, I never find anything good that most of the posters find!! LOL. Today, strictly as a time kill before my gym class, I snooped around my local store. FINALLY, I struck some gold. They had an entire end cap of lotions, etc. for 90% off. At first it looked like mostly junk, but I dug a bit and found Neutrogena Soothing Wrap Body Lotion that was $8.99. It was priced at 89 cents. I got 4 of those. They had 2 big tubs of Lubriderm Advanced Therapy Cream that was $10.99 on sale for $1.09 and 2 bottles of Vaseline Intensive Rescue Clinical Therapy lotion down to 79 cents (from $7.99). They also had 1 bottle of Clorox Green Works glass cleaner for 42 cents. They had several Green Works all purpose cleaner also for 42 cents, but I didn't get any of those. So that put a little spring in my step for the rest of the day. Big stuff for someone who NEV-AH, EV-AH finds the really good bargains.

Yes, it was one that printed from the machine in the store. Many times when I print those coupons from the store's little red box, they come out with my name on them. This particular coupon did NOT have anyone's name on it though. It just said "valued customer" at the top. However, it did appear to have the last 4 digits of the person's Extra Care Card printed on it. That's why I'm wondering if they would give me any problems. I would think CVS (and other stores for that matter) would start to come out with some $25 transfer/new presc. coupons now that it's fall, but I just thought if I was allowed to I would just use the one that I found laying on the shelf. Do you think they'd let me?

I found an Extra Care coupon in the CVS store today for a $25 prescription transfer. I happen to need one and I wondered if I could use that coupon even though it wasn't obtained through my own CVS card. Does anyone know? TIA!!
