Not a place I'll shop either... high prices, poor service

After much searching I've determined that the prices are probably being dictated by the company because they are not available anywhere for less than $99. And after looking around everywhere I finally decided that the package deals at the LeapFrog site are the best opionts. And they do have them in stock!

Prices probably wont drop on the bundle because of popularity. This bundle is currently out of stock, but they do offer an auto update to let you know when it becomes available. You 'might' be able to score the LeapPad in a local store like Target for a better deal... but so far the prices are pretty much the same everywhere.

Since none of the ads so far have much of interest I may get to sleep in a little this year. Looks like Joann Fabric may be the only place I'm going....

Well, I've probably missed all the good stuff.. but I need to go to Target tomorrow anyway... so I'm going to be on the hunt for some of the things you guys posted. I would be psyched to find some legos.. I never seem to find those on clearance!

Boring... nothing good on clearance. Heck, not even anything on sale that I really needed. Just dropped in to pick up some wrapping paper and did a quick cruise around. Blah

So... turns out there was a "glitch" with their computer system yesterday and indeed I did not get my 5% RedCard discount. They were very nice about it at least. They gave me the difference in cash... about ten bucks. I already paid the balance - so no interest fees! Cash in my pocket! lol I wonder how many others got "glitched".... I'm off on Monday.. may try hitting up a different target to see what they have. If I find really good deals I'll get some stuff for our school toy drive and Toys for Tots

If they are I'll buy a few for the nephews/nieces. Not a clearance or sale LEGO set to be found. Maybe I'll get lucky tomorrow. They did have a lot of TRON and Bakugan stuff. A few "old school" toys. And dangit... I don't see where they gave me the 5% discount for using my Target RedCard. WTH?! Guess I'll have to address that tomorrow also. Question - if I see something tomorrow thats gone to a higher % off - can I get that price matched for something I bought today?? I mean, if I'm going back and have to deal with customer service anyway.. .I may as well squeeze them for those few extra dollars

Three Targets in the last 3 days... not my usual thing, but kinda happened this week. I found nothing really good. The same King Zhu's for 50% off... been like a month now. They've got a gazillion of them. If they drop to 75% I might consider one for dd.. .not before. Nothing to speak of in linen or kids clothing. Toys were all over the place ... some 10%, some 50%... nothing I found was 75 or better Did manage to get a couple of bargin bin things today for .25....... door hanger craft and little games, they'll go in the closet for stocking stuffers. And I bought a 1.00 Dr. Suess plastic sack thing with handles. They'll never make it to clearance and I think it'll be a good gift bag for dd that can also become a library tote.

I'm off on Monday... going to cruise by and see if I can get some cheap kid crafts.

Jersey fabric sheets... king size - only 30% off. I got them anyway. Had to dig through an endcap of misc bedding stuff. They did have several Twin XLong for 75% off, but I don't need those. They had a ton of those furballs... ZhuZhu pets for 50% off and some accessories for 75% off. I have to exchange some shorts so I may go check out one of the bigger stores here for more clearance sheets!

Nothing worth buying at my store either. May have to hit the bigger store on Sunday...

Ours had a lot of the garden flags for 30% off. The St. Patricks day related ones (even snoopy) were 50% got a new wall mount garden flag pole for my mom for 4.97 - 50% off

They have the Mario stuff down to 75% here. I may get a backpack if I can find one of the pink ones in the pile. Always good for trip to grammas

Ya, not so much. Went to Target early Sunday in search of the TV they had in the Sunday ad. Not one of the 5 Targets in my area had it in stock. Mind you, this was right after opening and the sale ad had just come out. Things I've been told "we didn't anticipate how popular it would be" "we sold out over Black Friday" "that model is being discontinued so we don't have any" "we won't be getting any more of that model" HELLO - it just freaking came out in your ad. I've been on the phone with various managers without any kind of joy. One offered to give me a similar percentage off - of a much more expensive TV. One said they would offer a rain check (but have no idea when they'll get stock) One offered to sell me a 22 inch for the same price - but, not only is it smaller - its a different brand (Westinghouse, I think) Is this lame or what?!

Target has some very nice bamboo decorative size bowls and trays. They are where the "fru fru" decorative items are - (as Dh says) ... like candles and such, not with the kitchen wares. I got one for my moms b-day and she loves it. They are washable and food safe, so he could put fruit in/on them for added color (and storage)

We've done a lot of home improvement over the last year - this discount has saved us a bundle!

We're having family over around 1... I figure we can eat, socialize, and have everyone gone by 5. Then time for a good nap! That is.. IF I decide to hit the Wally world sale. This year is kinda blah... I'm hoping for some better online offers!

I didn't even know about the F&F sale... just happened to be hunting for some shoes for DD. Managed to get those on sale, with an additional F&F discount AND Free Ship. Good deal there!
