Just over 2 weeks to join! It's shaping up to be a low turnout this year. I know things are tough though, so I certainly understand. I also know not everyone hangs around all year, so some haven't trickled back in yet.

I don't do stockings anymore, but when my boys were kids I filled them with candy. When they were really little, I'd put a stuffed animal on top. As they got older, sometimes I'd put a small gift in the stocking with the candy, but mostly it was just candy .

Oh, I don’t think I could pick one. I wouldn’t say they’re my favorite, but anything by Alabama instantly takes me back childhood. Christmas in Dixie gets me choked up with nostalgia every time. If I had to pick favorites, I’d say I Heard the Bells or Mary Did You Know.

There's a huge, beautiful red brick house between me and the next town over. The original owners always went all out with Christmas decor. About 10 years ago they sold it to a doctor and they never do anything. Every year, I want to go knock on their door. LOL. Like, if you could afford this house and all this land around it, you could afford to hire someone to decorate. You owe it to us! (LOL, I realize they owe me nothing. I just think it should be a crime to have that beautiful house and that beautiful manicured lawn and do NOTHING at Christmas ).

I have most of my GD shirts. Last year, my sister made me a quilt out of hers and a few of mine .

Batteries and cheap bathroom rugs. Lowes and HD seem to go back and forth on who has the best battery deal. The rugs don't wash well, so I buy a few and just throw them away.

My Sooners lost today, and that hurt. The Cowboys beat Baylor though, so that helped a little. But how about that Kansas team?? 5 & 0 for the first time since 2009. I love a Cinderella story.

I guess it was just a random security check, based on the email I received from Paypal. It went through sometime overnight.

I get it. I was on vacation in Branson, MO this week and went to a cute little Christmas store. I kept looking at all the ornaments thinking "Man, I wish I knew who I will be shopping for!" LOL
