  1. I finally remembered to take pics last night .
  2. OH MY GOSH! Thank you so much, I am so excited!
  3. I hate wrapping, so it gets put off . My sister comes over every year to help me, so we'll get them all knocked out this year on the 18th.
  4. Looks like that is your OE. The tracking # for your SS shows it's available for pickup at the post office .
  5. OK, that didn't take long. And I'm glad it didn't because some of this is going to come in real handy over the next couple weeks! Wow, I feel so spoiled. I am so excited about the Spurtles! I have some in silicone, but I've always wanted the acacia wood. And that jar opener is one of the coolest kitchen gadgets I've seen (And I LOVE kitchen gadgets!). I'll start my cookie baking next week, so the cooling racks are going to be so useful. I'm looking forward to reading the book and working the puzzles. And of course the peanut clusters and Sonic card will make me very happy . Thank you Santa!
  6. Santa came! I'm debating waiting to open, but that's never worked out when I've tried it before so we shall see, LOL. I also got a really pretty card from Kash. Thank you, it made me smile .
  7. Just over half our Santas have shipped, and most of our Ornaments. If you aren't going to be able to ship by tomorrow, please let me know. Also - Please don't forget to let us know when you receive your package, even if you aren't planning to open yet.
  8. Well, doesn't this just confuse me and my spreadsheets, LOL. I didn't think your Santa had shipped yet. Man, I hope I didn't mix up any names. Love the bottle!
  9. I have bought XBox Live codes from CDKeys multiple times. The one time I had a problem with the code, I reached out and they fixed it immediately. I would recommend them.
  10. Well, for a year with such bad ads/sales, I sure am exhausted. And broke. LOL We started the day at Ollie's at 5:00am. I had never even heard of that store, but we bought so much we had to drop stuff off at the house before we could go anywhere else. We hit Target next. We first went to the one in our hometown, but they weren't open yet and there was a LONG line out the door. I asked my sister if I should roll down my window and tell all those people that the sale started Monday. Whatever they thought was worth standing in line for was already gone. . We ended up at the Target in the next town over (where we were headed anyway). Bought a couple things I hadn't had on my list. The store was busy, but not super busy. I don't think we even stood in a line to check out. Then Bath & Body, Academy, and Walmart. My wallet got a little lighter at all 3. B&BW was the most crowded of the 3, but that's probably because it's the smallest space. Academy was the only one we had to stand in a checkout line for, and that wouldn't have been as bad if the cashier in our line hadn't been so slow. I appreciated her friendly attitude though, so all good. From there, we went to Atwoods (regional store, kind of like Tractor Supply) where I got some cute Christmas PJs...Bed, Bath, & Beyond, where I waited in the truck...and finally Home Depot. Home Depot was kind of busy, but not too bad. Of course, it was afternoon by the time we got there. Had lunch at Denny's, where I got my annual grand slam breakfast, and now I'm home seriously considering going to bed. Oh, but I can't get to my bed because that's where I piled all my packages. LOL
  11. I've sent stevierocks' info to the cards list. I stopped at the post office this afternoon and got a box, so my ornaments and SS package should go out Monday.
  12. I'm not sure which one was your boy, but the whole band did a great job!

    Newspaper ads

Being the optimist I am, I got up early and went to buy a paper. Here are the ads I received: *Dollar General *Cavender's *Kohls *Academy *The Home Depot *Bed Bath & Beyond *Atwoods *Ollie's *H&H Shooting *Macy's Ace Hardware *Conn's *Shoe Carnival *Bass Pro/Cabela's *At Home I'll be honest, I was kind of hoping Walmart kept a great big secret and would sneak one in there .
  14. Well, I would say Lowe's won the battery wars this year. BUT, the batteries in the HD ad are Energizer, not Rayovac, so maybe worth the extra $2.
  15. Send me your address, and I'll send it out. If anyone hasn't done their cards yet, they could probably add you. I'll send you the list too. I was concerned about you, I'm glad to see you back.

    Newspaper ads

I got Bass Pro/Cabela's in the mail today (well, I don't check the mail every day so it could have been there a few days ago). I'm going to try to find a paper Thursday morning, so hopefully there will be some ads in there even though most of the sales have started.
