  1. Wow. The batteries certainly went up.
  2. Less than 1 week to get your info in We're missing a few regulars. I hope all is well with them. I understand if they need to opt out this year though, things are kind of tough right now. I hope all that can play, will. And I hope all that want to play, can. If there's anything I can do to make it easier, please reach out!
  3. Anxious to see prices. My granddaughter told me she wants LOL Minis for Christmas. I wasn't sure what they were, but they are in this list :).
  4. Less than 2 weeks to get signed up. I promise, it's a lot of fun!
  5. My son was asking me just yesterday to keep an eye out on a deal on a trampoline. I think this is probably as good as it'll get this year.
  6. Peanut Butter Chocolate Dessert: 20 Oreo cookies, divided 2 tablespoons butter, softened 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup peanut butter 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, divided 1 carton (16 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided 15 miniature peanut butter cups, chopped 1 cup 2% milk 1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate fudge pudding mix Crush 16 cookies; toss with the butter. Press into an ungreased 9-in. square dish; set aside. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and 1 cup confectioners' sugar until smooth. Fold in half the whipped topping. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with peanut butter cups. In another large bowl, beat the milk, pudding mix and remaining confectioners' sugar on low speed for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Fold in remaining whipped topping. Spread over peanut butter cups. Crush remaining cookies; sprinkle over the top. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. It's pretty rich, but oh, so good!
  7. Walmart released their November plans on 10/19 last year. This year, they had a news release on the 18th that talks about the holidays, but nothing about planned sales . Always keeping us on our toes, I guess.
  8. I wish I had taken advantage of the Groupon deal on Costco membership a couple months ago. By the time I decided to go for it, I had waited too long. I don't think I'd shop there often enough to make the regular membership price worth it, but there are a few deals in this ad that I liked.
  9. About 2 and 1/2 weeks to get signed up. You know you want to play!
  10. I so remember that. It hurts, and I'm sorry. The magic isn't gone, but it does change for a while. I'll tell you, when I could surprise my teen boys with something they really wanted but couldn't imagine they'd get, that was a whole new kind of magic! Eventually, maybe, you have grandchildren and the old magic returns for a while. I sat with my youngest grand earlier today (he's 3) and went through the Amazon wish book page by page.
  11. We usually end up in store at Walmart, Target, Academy, Bath & Body, and Atwoods (regional store kind of like Tractor Supply). We used to go to Mardel's every year but they quit doing a BF sale a few years back. Our favorite used to be Gordman's. I really miss that store (but only at BF/Christmas time, so if everyone else was like me I guess that's why they're gone ).
  12. That is really cool, and I'm so happy for you that you were able to get it done.
  13. I've added the question. If anyone that has already submitted their info wants to, you can answer that question and re-send.
  14. Photo #1 – Tonight we’re shopping like it’s 1999. Photo #2 – All these bags, and not a single toy store purchase Photo #3 – Fine, I’ll go. But I am NOT getting dressed!
  15. Plenty of time to get signed up. Come play with us!
  16. Congrats winners!
  17. I buy batteries every year. Lowe's and Home Depot kind of go back and forth on which one has the best deal on them. Socks from Walmart. I used to buy the foam bath rugs at Walmart every year, but they didn't have them last year.
  18. I've been at the zoo all day, so I'm just getting a chance to look. Some of the things I had on my list were cheaper during their July Prime Days, so now I'm wondering whether to go ahead and buy or wait for Black Friday deals. Hmmmm.
  19. Congratulations!
  20. I should spend less. I just can't ever seem to make that happen.
  21. My oldest grand just turned 12. Not only can I not think of anything, HE can't think of anything either!
  22. Pile into the car Deals are waiting to be had Must get there early
  23. I definitely plan on getting a new pair of AirPods this year, and a bottom loading water dispenser. If I see a good enough deal on one, I'd like a nugget ice maker. But I have an ice maker that works great, so I can live without Sonic ice :). I'll also be looking for quality socket and screwdriver sets and Christmas PJs for the family to wear for our ride on the Polar Express.
  24. I use the post office physical address as my shipping address, so I don't see the UPS driver. I do plan to take a cookie tray to the ladies in the post office though.
