I realized I'm not going to get my book until the end of the month, so I tried to order it on Kindle Unlimited. It let me, but then I couldn't download it to my Kindle because it says it's not compatible with this device. I don't know what's going on there, but I will be sure and let you know when I get the book and I'll leave a review on Amazon as well!

Nothing reaches out and grabs me, but this is always a stop for us and we always end up finding something we have to buy once we're there :).

I believe I got it from LTD Commodities. I just checked, and they don't have that one now but I did recently see it on Temu.

I just extended mine through November. If this were a guarantee, I'd renew it. The $50 gift card would make it pay for itself. But my luck, I'd renew for $100 and not get the gift card :).

I have decorated my bathroom, just because I had some new ideas for in there and was anxious to get it done. I also decorated my living room and dining room windows, for basically the same reason :). I will wait until Thanksgiving weekend to do the rest though. Sorry if these pics are too big.

How exciting, congratulations! I just ordered it and can’t wait to read it to my grands.

I ordered the trampoline. Then realized there are 2. Same size, same price, but the 2nd one is slightly better than the first, I guess. I was able to cancel the order and order the slightly better one though. Not sure how much it would have mattered but for the same price . Nope. It shows the right price, but unable to add to cart.

I remember one year, my sister and I stopped at Sonic to get a Coke on our way back to the house. It was probably around 8:30 am or so. The carhop said "Y'all going shopping?" We laughed and said "No, we're done! We're going to pick up our kids so we can go eat breakfast." LOL

I have so many memories of the shopping. Of the freezing. Of the laughing. I can't really remember what the deals were. I do remember one year Walmart had 2 different TomToms on sale. I think the cheaper one was like $50. An employee had directed me to the right line, and I stood there for a couple hours. They tore off the paper and it was the WRONG LINE! I was not the only angry person in that line. Of course, by the time we go to the pallet with the correct item, they were gone. OOH, and one year Amazon had a TV or a laptop one, I can't remember, that was sure to sell out immediately. I was sitting on the couch at my mom's with my laptop in hand waiting to add to cart. When I actually scored the deal, it surprised me so much I literally slammed the laptop shut. I'm lucky I didn't lose it. I remember when I first "discovered" Black Friday. I had never heard of it. I think I accidentally stumbled on it and was like "WHOA, this is so freaking cool!". I told my sister "You gotta check this out with me next year" and I've been dragging her with me ever since (over 25 years now).

I haven't tried their store brand. I honestly didn't even know they had one until I saw this ad. LOL.

I feel like the 2nd sale will be much better, and it will be more of a Black Friday sale. But that might be my nostalgia sneaking in and creating wishful thinking .

Yeah, the way I understand it, Apple sets their prices and any store that sells their products has to adhere to those prices. BUT, the stores can throw extras in with them to compete and make them a deal.

I like that they are only doing 2 sales this year, and that this first one doesn't seem to have all the regular WM BF items. I'm hoping that means their Thanksgiving week sale will be the bigger one, which just feels more like a Black Friday sale to me :). Also, a couple of my girls that go shopping with us don't do the online shopping thing as much. So, I feel like they will have more of a chance to get the deals on Black Friday, if they didn't go on sale 3 weeks earlier.

When the sales started in the middle of the night, and people had their littles out in that mess, I used to get so angry. I guess, for me, the biggest dislike is when store employees don't know what's going on or where things are located.

$19.87 for a pack of 60 AA or AAA. And I guess they are a Home Depot house brand. Which, is actually better than they offered last year, now that I look. They didn't have the cheap batteries last year. But in 2021, they had 40 packs or Rayovac for just $7.88.
