If anyone else can answer this question, I am looking for a part for one. The black plastic backing for the game has broken on ours. Sorry, I don't know of a refurb. You might check buy.com, they carry a lot of refurb.

Official One-and-Only "What I Got" / "My BF Experience" Thread
amyers12345 replied to Brad's topic in 2008
I was just watching the afternooon news, (i've been home since 5:30). They were interviewing the BB manager, and he said they decided to open the doors at 3:00 for the first 'wave' of people. They made their selections, went to the registers, then they let in another 'wave'. He said it worked so well they planned to continue it. Did anyone else's BB do that? -
Where are you located? Oklahoma and another state, possibly Wisconsin (?) have laws that prevent them from selling below cost. Maybe that's why.

This is the first year we've had everything. Does your town put out free Wednesday classifieds? Our Walmart ad is always in those, too.

Anybody watch the Thanksgiving (Black Friday) "Chuck" last night?

That was hilarious! I was lucky enough to see it last night, normally i'm gone on Mondays. I love that show. -
Most ads come out on Thursday- I'm not saying yours don't, but I used to get mixed up every year and get Wednesday's paper.

Thank you! That really helps.

Steve and Barry's NOW CLOSING **ALL** STORES!

Our store has had liquidation signs up, but we were told that they were staying open, just liquidating for other locations. -
A couple of years ago, we had a huge snow at the end of November. We had a little bitty Charlie Brown Cedar Tree in the front yard. I decorated it with Christmas balls, and plopped the kids in their carhartt bibs underneath it. It was adorable.

Do you have any local wineries? The best wine we can get around here comes from locals. And, it's available in the supermarkets and liquor stores for about $7 a bottle.

To answer the original questions, I am positive that most will receive ads in the mail on Monday. In recent years, Walmart has always released their BF ads on the Monday preceding BF. If I recall correctly, some people will get them on the Saturday before in the mail.

Stocking stuffers under $1?
amyers12345 replied to xoxodashmax's topic in Deal Finder & Deal Discussion
If you coupon at all, many times trial sized items are free or just pennies at Target, WAGS, CVS, and Walmart. Just look for coupons that do not specify a size. -
LOL- Thanks Brad!

At K-mart the other day, I noticed a very nice set of 4 wireless cordless phones. They were marked 39.99. I was doing the super doubles thing, so didn't get any further details. While doing my hour-long checkout, I noticed a man in the next lane with a set of those phones. They rang up 59.99. He told the cashier the advertised price, she went to check, and sure enough he was right. About that time the guy from electronics came rushing up and told her not to sell them, they were accidentally put out. He said, "We cannot sell these until 11/28." He had no clue that was BF from the sound of it. The man threw a fit, but they would not budge. By the time I got to the back to check the specs, they were already gone. So, to sum up all of that: Some brand of fancy silver phones in a green box 4 wireless ones 39.99

I'm all about the 46 inch Sony Bravia for $129.99. Oh, how I wish it weren't a typo.
