I got the Target toy book mailed to me, but it was NOT in my paper Sunday...not all areas get them in the papers (I didn't get one last year and one GDer was going to mail one to me cause the stores don't even carry them!)

last year was our first year for Super WM (our regular WM just switched), they had signs everywhere, even Thanksgiving evening that they'd be closed from 2a-5a. So my sil and I went at 4am to get in line...the friggin store was OPEN and most people had already put stuff in carts! This year IF I decide to go to WM, I'm going at midnight and just walking around the whole stupid store for hours (if they have stuff I want or need to pm)

I have a friend in Michigan who is a very reputable breeder of rag dolls...they are the sweetest things!

I got one mailed too, and no credit card either my coupons were stuck to the back of the book, no extra coupon page

I'm all done here too...and it's sad It won't, however, keep me from going out on black friday and spending money I don't need to spend lol I actually bought wrapping paper last week and as soon as I pick up tape, I'm wrapping all those gifts up...I bet I have even more than I think I do (I started on day after Christmas last year and got great deals for my out of state neices and nephews and my dh's employees, etc)

I just don't get it...if THEY have a problem keeping their ad from being leaked, why is that legal basis for anyone who gets it and does whatever with it? Would they sue a reporter who was given the ad early and decides to post the deals in a newspaper article? What if someone got a copy of it and then called everyone they knew and told them all the deals? My opinion is they are looking to sue the wrong people...threaten their own people with lawsuits for leaking...I mean really, their employees are already used to being treated unfairly (this is sarcacism people, no flaming) if they don't want it leaked early, then THEY need to revamp how they do things I think if it gets leaked early, too bad for them, they should have done more or done differently to keep it a secret...you can't pour the spilt milk back in the container, so make sure you don't drop it in the first place!

ok, got voice mail but left my lengthy, but polite message I explained how GD works FOR them, not against and how we ALL read ALL the ads and plan our shopping and for most people, WM is at the TOP of their lists. However, if the ads don't come out early, or if they procede with legal action against GD, they won't even be at the bottom of my list I also mentioned that this is their first year without layaway and how they always promise that their customers come first, but they are proving themselves wrong...and that we don't want more robes and Garth Brooks....ugh I left my phone number...we'll see if I get a call back as I politely indicated that I'd be more than happy to discuss this with someone

This is crazy!!! ok, first, if their ad is leaked, shouldn't they focus their 'legal action' to those who leaked it???? not the one who receives the info and shares it? And I agree, if this threat goes through, just post the text version and make the prices $10**, that way you aren't sharing pictures, actual prices or copywrited ads second...is it possible that THIS IS wally's way of drumming up publicity ahead of time and it's possibly NOT going the way they intended?? Maybe they made the veiled threat (email? comeon!) with the idea that everyone would be talking about it and only making the desire for teh early ad that more anxious...however, we, rightly, have decided to let them know just how wrong they are... I dunno...I'm calling...I don't think they realize just how much GD works FOR them! Besides, if they don't want us knowing about gosh-awful robe and Garth Brooks deals, MAKE GOOD DEALS THEN!!!! And yes, I agree with the previous poster about this coming at a really bad time since it's their first holiday season without lay-away... Poor Sam Walmart...I bet he'd be sooo upset over the way his dream has turned out

WooHOo!!!! Got the low, 'circle' chair (kind of matched the futon) for 22.48 today! got the last 2 at our store (with those and the futon, I can redo the entire kids game room now!) chocolate...it's the only shopping emergency I ever have.... lol ok, I do have one of those cheapie first aid kits that I keep in my car...no room in my shopping bag for anything other than my phone, ads and money...I'll have to limp out or crawl to my car for first aid treatment

YAYYYY checked on the futons today and they were $37!!!! Last night they had 10 of them, when I got there, there were only 2 left! The cashier that rung me up said she had to take her lunch early to make sure she got one too earlier! Said they had been flying out of there!

this is the one that is still over $100 at our store and they still have like 10 of them...I really want/need one so I'm going to try and check daily...

I got the 40 piece Chef Mate apartment starter set for $7** that someone posted here...love it when it's tagged higher priced but scans less :) Also got a Calphalon cook set for $34**!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's still in the car cause it's too heavy for me to lift, but I'll try and get the numbers for it later those college black futons are STILL over $100 here....they have like 10 of them too!

I got the last 2 jogging strollers for $32** today There were a bunch of no name duffle bags for $1** to $6** depending on size...I got some big ones for football shoulder pads, and small ones for kids overnight bags

school stuff still regular priced, only 1 aisle of stuff left pool stuff marked down to 75% off....life jackets for $5, swim goggles for $2.48...didn't get to see the pools, but they had orange stickers too... My big find today was I actually saw the mark down team in the toy clearance aisle...they were putting the extra swim toys there, but were checking other items and doing markdowns (finally...they have been 15% forever)...well, I was shopping in the aisle and just happened to find the spiderman costume I stashed there like 3 weeks ago (right in the toy aisle, but they never organized it all so it stayed where it was) and pulled it out and took it to the scanner (one of the team was standing right near it too), it rang up at 0.00...that was the first time that happened to me, but I was looking at the price and she asked me if I needed help...so I said, "what does it mean when it comes up at zero?", she asked to see it and scanned it and said it's been surplused and they are supposed to take it off the floor...but before I could say anything she asked if I wanted it and when I said yes, she tagged it for $3.14!!!!!! This is the same stupid costume I got into a fight with the manager over 3 weeks ago....guess he should have sold it to me for the $7 it should ahve been then... my son is happy...I know I know...stashing items doesn't always work out, but this time it did :) I also picked up several of the Axe gift sets...pretty good deal for 3.48!

as of yesterday school supplies were still full priced in Fort Gratiot Michigan....not that they have much left, and the area is being reset for Halloween I wonder if they'll have anything left to discount OR donate NO good clearance deals lately...it's almost depressing....toy clearance is STILL 15%...it's been that for soooooo long, and they still have all the same toys there too I did see the pool toys, life jackets, etc marked down...didn't look close, but I think it was 15-30%
