Has it ever struck anyone else that the parents - more so the mom is horrible in the 2 movies? In HA1 the milk/pizza incident happens and she lets the uncle call her kid a "jerk" and says NOTHING, then up the stairs they go, and she tells him to wish for the family to go away. In HA2 the mishaps begin again and AGAIN she encourages him to wish for the family to disappear.... Is it just me or did anyone else say, um hello THE KID IS 6!!!

Didn't we have a Walmart Ad leaked a few years back and as a result they did a whole new add or a mini ad that went out the week of BF?

Is it just a regular goldfish? or a more exotic fish that requires the air filter et. al? If just a regular gold fish or beta, you could buy it a week before or what not and keep it in a bowl in your room? or in an unnoticable place? Christmas night, put the bowl, or bigger bowl under the tree with a ribbon around it? Maybe?

You go girl!!!! We are skipping Turkey day all together.... we are moving to a smaller home, due to my employment challenged status. I do the same thing about entertainment.... taking DS to look at local light displays, decorations at the mall...... Hang in there!

OK guys help me out here. I am confused! So 1. Walmart will be 24 hours across the board? 2. This will be to allow customers to shop prior?to the sale, but at non sale prices? 3. when 5 am hits, will the products then be at sale price? 4.sooo... no waiting outside? COOOONN FUUUUSED:confused:

Ya know, pregnant, not pregnant, flu, swine or no.... this is meant to be FRIENDLY board. I found NOTHING in that post that was of a friendly nature. I am most certain that the board has rules about posting hostilities ( that are not directed at stores that issue C&D letters). She already voiced she was nervous, a little bit of the gentle touch for the pregnant woman is not a terribly hard thing to do.

I am so glad I am not the only one that feels that way. So while I will hit target, I think the 1st stop is up for grabs between TRU and walmart.

Target and CVS always have such cute, albeit BIG, christmas decorations. What do theydo with them after the holiday?

That thing about the serial number can't be right. Imagine the log jam if the dock workers having to dig thru the stock to find the match with your ticket serial number to box? There's no way. Logistically a nightmare, and it welcomes unruly people who will be antsy to get what they paid for and get on to the next store.

this sounds like it would apply to the 24 hour stores, what about the 5 am opening stores? They certainly cannot maintain 10 or more separate lines outside the building, can they? And what about the not really big door busters, like the toys, pillows, that kid of stuff?

Am I just too early? I checked Walgreens and Hallmark and I am not seeing any really cute wrapping paper. Color Studio still has the the Christmas Light Fa LA LA paper, but that is like 3 years old. OTC had some pretty and really nicely made paper, but not so much this year. Hmmm.....
