  1. Dell has always given me this ship date weeks out, but then the item(s) ship faster. I'd just call back again tomorrow and see what the third guy says, lol.
  2. I am sending out my SS package tomorrow. I planned on sending it priority anyway, so no biggie. I was just trying to find one last gift but so far, nadda. I rec'd a lot more cards today. WOW. I'll have to take a pic of our door once I receive all of the cards.. The kids are loving this. :)
  3. If they are still listed on Paypal's list of participating merchants, then yes. (Paypal can and will drop a merchant at anytime when whatever max quota has been reached - as they dropped TRU early on, for instance)
  4. I use: • 3 cups tomato-based chili sauce • 2-1/2 cups grape jelly (that's for two lbs of ground beef) when I make my meatballs. :)
  5. I'd edit your link with this one (so as to take your email addy out): http://www2.victoriassecret.com/onlineemail/?c=28376_2E5CC520291F9212E63A99AC5DCC5C44&cm_mmc=di-_-071201VSS-_-V01-_-28376 isocyanoan ~ Yes, according to the coupon, you must buy a bra to get the panty. "Print this email and present it to any Victoria's Secret store to receive your $15 discount and free VS Cotton™ panty with any bra purchase."
  6. I agree with you. I think of vests as outerwear as well. I did Wiki them and found this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vest The two pictured on the right I don't consider outerwear (esp the one on top). But wait! On ON's site, see this: http://www.oldnavy.com/browse/product.do?pid=524214002&userSearchText=vest&searchCID=26519&vid=1 A VEST listed under OUTERWEAR! MORE vests listed under OUTERWEAR: http://www.oldnavy.com/browse/product.do?cid=29916&pid=526465&scid=526465012 (http://www.oldnavy.com/browse/category.do?cid=29916) More vests ... listed under.. surprise! outerwear: http://www.oldnavy.com/browse/category.do?cid=5448 Now, the ON vests that I saw I do consider outerwear. They are simply sleeveless jackets/coats. (ETA: This vest on ON I do *not* consider outerwear: http://www.oldnavy.com/browse/product.do?searchCID=26519&pid=527039&scid=527039002&vid=-1)
  7. Wow. I am glad it was handled so well. After my experience (not even trying to get anything), I'm unsure if I'll ever go back (in store anyway). :/
  8. Funny, DH and I were just talking about this tonight. Usually we have turkey dinner on Christmas Eve night (being we're gone most of Christmas Day). So the cats get a bit of turkey and I considered that their present, being we don't usually give them our food. Also, two of our cats ENJOY the leftover wrapping paper and boxes.. so we leave that stuff out for them to tear apart and then clean up after them, lol.
  9. You may try eBay. My MIL was looking for specific LPS animals for my DD. Being they are rarely sold individually, she found them on eBay for around retail price.. and of course new in package.
  10. Thanks! Hopefully something is left at my Target tomorrow. :) All three of my kids need some things.
  11. The Grinch seemed same as always to me. Eh, I like Shrek but the Shrek the Halls didn't impress me. My kids even got bored.
  12. Wow, thank you all so much. DH and I are deciding how much to make the GC - and then I may split it up into as many $5 ones as possible.. I think we'll do the nesting boxes idea, maybe buy a tool to go with the last gift card in the smallest box or something. :)
  13. Seems LPS items are on sale everywhere I've seen. From Kohl's to Target to Walmart and KMart.. we bought my DD a ton of LPS stuff at Kohl's and KMart.
  14. They have them on eBay (eh) and then on the FP web site: http://www.fisher-price.com/us/products/thumbnail.asp?from=ToysByType&type=assistant&lMinAge=3.00&lMaxAge=7.00&catid=snugglekins&catname=Snuggle-Kins%E2%84%A2 Some are available on TRU's web site as well. Some are available on Amazon's site, but the prices are sky high.
  15. We're giving BIL a gift card to Lowe's as he's doing a LOT of upgrades around his house. I want to "wrap" the gift card in a fun manner. So he won't know what it is before opening it, of course. I thought about including my kids help somehow, but I am unsure how exactly? Any ideas??
  16. My SS gift is going out Monday or Tuesday. I'm bound and determined to find the item I want for my person this weekend..!!! I could have sent it sooner had I been able to find this one thing. :/ I've received so many cards, I can't even keep up. We're taping them to the outside of the coat closet near our front door. My DD LOVES to look at them!! :)
  17. Is it just me or does it seem like this year, the online retailers seem to have more deals (sales, but also freebies with purchase, free shipping, free gift wrap, etc.)? It just seems that I am seeing more offers this years compared to the last couple of years.
  18. Link doesn't work for some reason. Here it is again :)
  19. Ditto the above. A lot of retailers are offering various freebies and such if you buy from them though. Worth looking around a bit. :)
  20. I normally enjoy it and did a bit tonight.. wrapped ten gifts and then OUCH.. sitting on the floor, poor posture as I have to lean over to wrap things and then big ole' pregnancy belly in the way.. youch! LOL. I do enjoy it though. DH says I should do it professionally. MIL said last year that next time she's just giving me the paper, tape and my present, so I can wrap it beautifully for myself.. haha. ETA: I mean wrapping, not putting them in a gift bag with tissue, lol.
  21. I have Virgin Mobile. They have LOTS of different plans. I pay $20 every three months and have yet to go over however many minutes I get (though you can't go over, it just cuts you off).
  22. But doesn't USPS just turn around and deliver them to you? I have UPS deliver items to USPS constantly, they turn around and deliver them to me within a day or two.
  23. I ordered one and it says it will ship after Christmas. But Amazon changes shipping estimates CONSTANTLY. So it could ship before or not until Feb (I doubt it'll be that late though). Either way, it's a REALLY good deal. You can't even buy an obviously used PnP (that style) for $30!
  24. Pack & Play shows OOS (or $99 through BabyAge), but on the right hand side under other sellers Amazon has it on backorder for $29.99 still!
