I hear that..sadly we have this beautiful Oak 3 piece EC bought in the 90's...and it's soooo 90's! Only a 30" widescreen TV will fit in it. The wife refuses to part with the EC as we paid $1000 even though I tell her it's now worth about nothing. I will keep working on a nice 50"+ LCD to hang on the wall...someday she will cave

They ask for a DL# so they can track the $$$ amount of returns tied to that DL#. It's a way of preventing theft...people steal items then return them without a receipt to score quick cash.

I am guessing you have a setting wrong. Check to see if you have the TV or DVD player set to play PAL dvd's instead of NTSC dvd's.

I have a set of these on a Taurus...they are the best tires I have ever owned, great all around, especially in the snow.

Sears has a great tire sale on Black friday if you can wait. Rotate the tires(if you have front wheel drive) to get to BF.

"A bunch" is an understatement... they were in 3 different locations in the TRU I was @ today...I would guess the store had well over 50, and looked like not even 1 had been purchased.

Ok, I do remember getting something from AT&T that said I could switch to get the 10¢/minute...along with the $1 / day when you used it.AT&T would have cost me way too much...If I called my wife(then also on AT&T prepaid), a 1 minute call would have cost us $2...we could talk 10 minutes on Tmobile for the same cost...then I switched to Tmobile...spend $100=1000 minutes for 1 year...Can't beat that, especially when you can get those $100 cards for under $90 on eBay :) We have 3 phones...2 were basically free when you factored in the free minutes they gave, and 1 cost about $30. I just can't see spending over $10/month on prepaid...unless of course Tmobile isn't available in the area. I have been using more minutes lately, but still use less than 1000/year.

You may want to check that...I believe you only get free calling to other AT&T if you have a monthly plan...doesn't work with prepaid...at least it didn't when I had cing/at&t.

I heard this tip on the Clark Howard show... Set up a new Yahoo or Hotmail account and then sign up for emails from Enterprise (or any car rental site)...they will spam you with some discounts that may save some money.

I bought it for the Wii...we're getting a free strap, case and key chain...so for the extra $12, it may be worth it??

Pretty sure you DO need to use the Kohl's card to get the $10 for each $50 spent. You do NOT need to use the Kohl's card when spending those $10 certificates though. Also, if you spend enough throughout the year, they make you a Most Valuable Cardholder (MVC) and give you specials for the year. I am not sure which states allow this... but I know in WI, I only need to pay 1/3 of the bill each month to avoid any finance charges :)

Maybe never buy an extended warranty ...unless it's for a vehicle...if you can't afford an expensive repair out of pocket after regular waranty is expired. You make the call. But I agree...save the $$ on the Wii warranty.
