We are in a small town and our Walmart closes at midnight. This year they will be open all day Thanksgiving though, so I am planning on going about 5:00 to get in line for the Nabi 2.

Is $ 25.00 a good price for the Madden 2013 and NCAA 2013 xbox 360? We are getting the kids an xbox for Christmas and want to get a few games to go with it..

Thanks everyone. I really think that I am more comfortable getting her the Nabi 2. So, I think I will try to sell the Kindle or send it back. It was originally supposed to be for my teenage boys, but they had really rather have a smart phone and I can't get them both...

I've never been to Best Buy on BF. Certain things, like bigger electronics, are of course in high demand and low in quantity. So, you have to stand in line and they will give out slips of paper or an actual ticket. But, at our Walmart you are not allowed to leave that line except to go to the bathroom or for a 5-10 minute break. This will be my first year having to stand in line (if the Nabi 2 is a ticketed item). Last year the trampolines were ticketed items, but they just handed us our ticket and we were allowed to go. But we could not lose that ticket....

Can anyone tell me if I have to link a credit/debit card to the Kindle? I've done research and most everyone says you do. This is one of the main reasons I am thinking of selling mine or sending it back. I was going to give it to my 6 year old, but I am not comfortable doing that. I also am wondering if anyone just has one of the silicone type cases on it and how well it works.

Our Walmart won't let us get anything early either.. That is why I am hoping the my husband and boys can go. I need the Nabi 2 (which I am sure is going to be a ticketed item). That is an 8:00 item. I am also wanting 2 smartphones (Straightalk). I am hoping that those are not ticketed items. I am going to call my local walmart to see if the smartphones are going to be ticketed items. If they are, I may see if I can recruit my BIL if my sister doesn't need him..

I am wondering the same thing. I am trying to set it up so that DH can go with me also. I may take my boys with me too so they can stay in line for the Nabi 2 and I can try to get some of the DVDs and games..

Yeah, I know our local elementary school uses ipads. I will definitely check out their help forums. I think that it will be fine. I am going to take it out of the box today or tomorrow and go ahead and charge it and add some apps to it. I also am going to get her a good case for it. Even, if I have to pay 20.00 for a good case (I don't know how much they are) I will still come out better than paying 129.00.

My kindle came in the mail today!! We were getting it for my boys, but they are really wanting a smart phone. So, I told my husband they really don't need a tablet. We were planning on getting my daughter a Nabi 2 tablet. But since I already have the Kindle and I was able to use 75.00 worth of gift cards (that I got doing surveys and stuff), I really only had to pay 55.00. Do you think that the Kindle would be ok for my daughter. She is 6. I loved the Nabi 2 because of all the parental controls. I know that the Kindle is supposed to be getting some kind of parental controls (not sure if they have or not yet). Is there a way that I can lock the Kindle to keep her off websites that I do not want her on and is there a way that I can keep her from deleting things that we have downloaded (since this is a common problem that I keep hearing about).

I agree with others. The JC Penney ad was horrible. Also, I was not impressed with the Sears Home Store ad either..

I know. I was hoping that it would be on sale, but now I am afraid that I will not be able to get one (while on sale) since it is so popular. I already have it on layaway though just in case.

I definitely agree with the Nabi 2 tablet at Walmart for 129.00. It is a savings of 70.00. I also agree with the 97.00 TV at Kmart. Many people want an inexpensive TV to put in their kids' room, so this is perfect.

I got a Kindle Fire also for my boys. I would have loved to pick up 2, but I didn't have the extra money. I will probably have to pay full price for another Kindle later on so they will have one each. I will also be headed to Walmart Thanksgiving night to get the Nabi 2 for my 6 year old daughter.

Gottadeal has this posted on their main page as well. I got one for my boys. I had 75.00 worth of Amazon gift cards so I only had to put another 55.00 with it...I am so excited!!! I was going to get them a Samsung Tab but this was just too good of a deal. I am hoping that I can afford to get another one though, so they will each have their own..

My first stop (as usual) is Walmart. I am going in there for the Nabi 2 tablet. I am also thinking about the basketball goal. There are a few other things, but that is my main purpose. Then, I am not sure where I am headed. I will probably just go to go. The other stuff I am looking at is not really on sale BF or is on sale but the sale is at the same time as Walmart. I really wanted to get the XBox 360 with Kinect at Target for 199. But, I can't be two places at once. It is 250.00 for the same one at Walmart right now. So, I will probably just go ahead and put it on layaway. My boys are wanting a cell phone. They really want a smart phone, but I don't want the 45.00 per month price tag (straightalk) that comes with it...They are 14 and they do work with my husband and my dad some, but not nearly enough to pay that every month. I am also looking at AT&T Go phone since I can get unlimited text messaging for 20.00 per month or 1000 texts for 10.00/month. But they don't have anything on sale that I've seen so far. The other thing is a tablet or laptop for the boys. I probably will not have the money to buy the laptop that is 180.00 BF, so I will probably go with the Samsung Galaxy Tab (since it has good reviews) and just go ahead and put it on layaway at Walmrt (along with the xbox). This is the first year, that I just don't really have much to get on my list BF. But it is because my BF fund is so small...

I was not all that impressed with it. They do have one of the best deals on the Xbox 360 though. I can't wait to see their 4 day sale. I've gotten a lot of good deals in the past with their 4 day sale.

I am disappointed somewhat in the ads, but I also found a few things that I am impressed with. I am really disappointed in the video game area. I am hoping that they have better sales on the Xbox 360 w/kinect before BF. Last year they were 199 with a 50 GC. This year at Walmart it is 229 (online only). It is on sale for 199 at Target though, so I may try to PM at Walmart.

I will probably get there 2-3 hours early. We are going to have to eat thanksgiving dinner earlier also. We live in a small town though. If you live in a bigger town you probably need to get there even earlier.

Patience is not my strong point. I have to go to leave for work in two hours and I am really hoping it will be out before I leave...lol.

There was only only one thing that really excited me and it is the reason that I will go for the 8 p.m. sale: the Nabi 2. This is the main thing on my daughter's list and we were not going to be able to get it at 200.00. I am glad that the price is now 129.00 so that I can get that for her.
