It put me on the waiting list within 2 seconds..lol. I think I did figure out that I should have had the actual product page pulled up. I also didn't know about the 1 click buying. So that is probably what happened.

If you buy the tablet from best buy will you still have access to the streaming if you have a prime account? Also, will the storage be enough you think? They will not download a ton of apps or anything. If anything, it would probably be 10-20 apps and then maybe some songs.

The Hisense is from Walmart. It has good reviews and is a quad core. The only thing that worries me is after reading some of the reviews of the Kindle is that it has advertisements on the screen and you can't download a youtube app on it (according to reviews). One of the main things they will be doing is youtube. I am also really worried that there is no mini card slot. I have a Hisense 7 Pro on layaway for my boys but I saw that Best Buy has the previous generation Kindle Fire HD for 99.00 (saves me about $ 30.00). They will use the tablet for you tube and facebook mostly. They are not into games or anything or like that. They may add a drawing app and a few more apps. I know that the Kindle doesn't have expandable storage and the Hisense does. I really do not know much about tablets so I need your help...lol. Which would you do? I have two of these to buy.

I live Alabama so the weather is cool at night and early in the morning. This year it is supposed to be in the 50's as a high so it won't be too bad. I usually wear my gottadeal BF shirt , a long sleeved shirt and a sweatshirt. I usually end up taking off my sweatshirt and leaving it in the car. I take debit card, Gift cards, cash, IDs and put them in my back pocket (which is how I usually carry everything anyway since I hate carrying a purse..lol. I also take my ads. I leave them in the car and pull them as I need them.

I have not tried this tablet, but I just put two on layaway for my teenage sons. It has really great reviews so I am hoping it will be what I they are looking for.

I always budget just according to what I have each year. My husband is self employed so our budget varies from year to year. I do try to spend about the same amount on each kid, but that doesn't always happen. My daughter is only 7 and my boys are 15 so it is hard to keep the price the same sometimes. I do spend the same amount on the boys but many times less is spent on my daughter since I am able to get more things that she wants Black Friday. I will not go over 500.00 for each but usually it is more like 300 each.

Does anyone know what kind of sale Children's Place usually has on BF? I have a 20% off coupon that is good until January 2014 and am wondering if it will work.

I don't really care for it, but if the stores are going to start their sales on Thanksgiving then I will be there unless I manage to get some of my stuff on my list early at Black Friday prices. Money is extremely tight this year so I am depending on BF sales to allow me to make my budget go farther and be able to get the number one item on each of my kids' lists and maybe a few extras. We live close to our family and see them pretty much every week though, so that does make a difference.

Does anyone think that we will see a sale on the Xbox 360 with Kinect? That is the main thing my daughter is asking for so I definitely want to get it and since they are coming out with the Xbox one, I am hoping to see a sale on the xbox 360 or at least a bundle or a good gift card deal. I would love it if Walmart offered it like they did 2 years ago. It was 199 with a 50.00 gift card.

I predict that ACE hardware will be first and it will be out Oct. 10.

My daughter got a nabi last year for Christmas and she loves it. The only problem that we've had with it is the charger, which they replaced for free. My daughter loves it! We added the amazon app and downloaded several free games. We also downloaded Netflix for her. She uses it mostly in the evening. We homeschool too, and there are several educational games that come pre-loaded that she enjoys doing with my help.

My daughter still plays with her nabi tablet that I got last year. She also still plays with some osf the dolls that I've gotten. I have not gotten my boys anything on BF for a few years so I guess they are not using anything from previous BF.

My prediction is that there will be a fight over towels at Walmart...

None! My daughter's birthday is next month so I am hoping that I can start very soon. I am not really sure what to get though. A lot of the stuff my boys (15 years) are wanting won't really be on sale BF, such as fishing stuff and camo stuff. They do want a laptop but not sure whether to get them BF or go put one on layaway. I want one with HDMI output that is a decent computer. My daughter has mentioned several things and a couple of them I may can get BF, but not sure. She is wanting a dollhouse, a kitchen, and she has mentioned a few other things. OH yeah, I forgot that 2 of the kids has mentioned a game system. I have also thought about getting them a basketball goal (one of the nice ones).

My daughter got one for Christmas last year and she loves it. My husband uses it a lot too since it has mommy/daddy mode.

We buy for: our twin boys age 15 my daughter that will be 7 my niece that is 6 and my nephew that is 13 My husband and I may buy each other a small gift (15.00 or under) depending on if we have the xtra money or not. We usually spend 5.00 each on my parents, husband's parents, my sister and her husband, and my husband's brother and his wife. His wife has 3 kids but they are all 16 and older and we are not close so we don't usually get them anything. The last 2 years they didn't get my kids anything at all but spent like 1000.00 on each of their kids so it is not like they couldn't afford to get them a little something, at least my daughter since she is not really old enough to understand. My boys really don't care..lol.

Yes, from what I understand Disney Infinity is similar to the SKylanders (which we do not have). We don't even own a current system of any kind..lol. My boys have a PS2 that they've had for like 8 years..lol. My daughter has a DS lite. I am hoping for some good deals on a PS3 and Xbox 360 (with Kinect) since the new versions are out. My daughter is also wanting a 3DS but I am not sure yet. It will depend on what kind of deals I can find on them. My daughter's birthday is in October and I wish I could get her an Xbox 360 or 3DS for her birthday, but we don't usually spend more than 150.00, usually 100.00. So, I doubt that I will get a good enough deal on either one of those. She is also wanting a bike so I guess we will get her the bike for her birthday and then wait for BF to see what is on sale.

From what I've read on this board so far, I think that it is safe to say that the Disney infinity is going to be popular. I may have to get one for my daughter..

I have two 15 year old boys and will be 7 year old girl. I honestly don't know what I am looking for this year. I think that I am getting one laptop for them all to share. It will stay in a central location and they will have certain times that they can be on it. I would love to get them all one each, but I can't afford to do that. I am not even sure if I will get it BF or not because I want one with HDMI hookups. We are thinking about getting a weight set for my boys (and husband). Not sure though because we don't know where we would put it because I don't want my daughter getting hurt on it. I've heard one my boys say that they wanted a new guitar and the other mentioned a better keyboard. So we may get that. Other than those things, I have thought about buying clothes and giving gift pre-paid credit cards so they can get what they want. We have just not decided. For my daughter, she has not really asked for anything. I do know that I will probably get her some clothes since she loves clothes. She already has a NABI tablet. We are not going to get her many toys this year. She will probably get some DVDs. Her Nintendo DS has cracks in the screen so I will probably be on the lookout for a DS 3D since there are some games that will only work on the 3D system.

I am so excited that BF is getting close. I am not sure yet what I am really looking for yet though. I know I want one laptop, but I will probably get it before or after BF, because if I remember correctly a lot of times the laptops offered on BF are lower end. Just wanted to let everyone know that Walmart is doing the Christmas layaway again beginning Sept. 13. It still doesn't include everything in the store, but there is no start up fee this year! Of course it is not valid on Black Friday
