  1. Bought 8 today. Thats how many coupons I could get to print on one page lol. The shelf was almost full, so I guess nobody in my area found the coupons. They coupons say good til 2/4 so if you have not bought it yet, you have another week. PS good tax writeoff if you need one. Just buy 100 jars or so, and donate them to the foodbank. Then write off the retail value of $1 per jar.
  2. That has to suck. I'd rather be at any other point in line. You waited all that time only to see the person right in front of you get the last one.
  3. Well my institution which has physical branches pays 3.5%, and I got a bonus in december of 4%, so for that one month I got 7.5%. Beat that.
  4. Its not worth it. Atleast not if the line forms 24 hours + like it does here in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. The only "promotion" I am willing to wait in anymore is Chickfila. Wait in line about 12 hours and get one free combo meal every week for an entire year. Doesn't sound like to much, but $5 times 52 is $250 worth of free food. Been eating there free a year now, and last week I earned another year worth.
  5. In N. Michigan 2 liters run $1.19 but one (pepsi, coke or 7up) is usually on sale for $.99. DH works for Pepsi though so I haven't bought soda from a store in years, except on vacation, when we can cheat and order a coke in a resturant! ;) How about sending me a case of "expired" pepsi products lol. Just kidding. What do they do when it goes past the date? Soda, in cans anyway, really does not go flat for years. Just curious if they sell it to salvage stores or destroy it?
  6. Sounds like Pepsi is seriously overstocked with diet sodas. Either that or they are trying to put America on a diet.
  7. Just thought I'd update. Checked on the Lowes rebate site and it says my rebate has been processed and will be mailed out on Saturday. Wow! I guess I'll be getting it sooner than expected. Any idea on how to check on the strait-line rebate? And PS they are on sale again this week for 50% for those who missed it the first time. They make great stocking stuffers, and the only Christmas present you get paid to buy. Link to lowes rebate if you need it. Its still valid http://www.lowespromos.com/PDFs/630-1.pdf
  8. Well the white/purple style comes in 15.5, and 16 also. You might try it.
  9. I wear a 10.5, and yes they are almost always in stock, and when there is a clearance, I can usually find a pair my size.

    Target 90%

Heck the employees do it, why not the customers. When I worked at Kmart, half the clearance was in the back the first day waiting on 75% or better.

    Target 90%

Last year I got a 20 piece dinner ware set for 90% off, plus it came with a free completer set. Wasn't christmas although it was white. I guess that was close enough.
  12. Around my area nope. I watched some stuff till almost Febuary a year or two ago and it never went cheaper. I don't know what they did with it unless they saved it till the next year.

    Target is 90%!

My target had so much wrapping paper, and bowes, I don't think they could get rid of it at 100% off. The had tons of lights to. I really didn't need or want anything, I just stopped since I was driving by anyway. It did buy one box that makes 7 dozen christmas cookies for $.59. I gave that to my grandmother.

    Target 90%

There is nothing they can do except ask you to leave. Its not illegal to "misplace" merchandise.
  15. I did better last year when Excerds changed to CVS. I got 4 cans of coffee, two cans of chocolate covered cashews, a greeting card, one roll of wrapping paper for $.29.
  16. Target also has a few christmas items on its website. Just search on Christmas.

    Target 90%

You can also go online to target.com and search on christmas. They have a few items there, but the main thing is, you can gage by what the sale is there (currently 75%) off and have an idea of what the store is. Target is one company that almost always marks seasonal merchandise down at the same time at every store, and online.
  18. Thats what the manager of my Kmart store did every year. Everything even christmas trees were $.25. Some stores know how to get rid of stuff. It makes sense. Why tie up shelf space on old merchandise, when you can bring in new fresh stuff to make a profit.
  19. I bought the $23 one. $12.70 after discount and tax. I figure I'll make $7 on the deal.
  20. Beyond free lol. Just by the cheapest one, I think $20 1/2 off is $10, to $10 rebates, make $10.

    Walmart 75%

If you have a 24hour walmart I would go in at 12:am to make sure you get the best selection. I work till 11:30pm this evening so I'm gonna clean out the candy aisle after I get off work. My Walmart has more left over then I've ever seen before. 15+ aisles of christmas, and 10 or more carts overflowing.
  22. People will try anything to steal. When I worked at Kmart, someone wheeled a 27" tv right out the front door. No one bothered to check that they paid for it.
  23. Dhl used to be Airborne Express. They once took 3 days to ship a hard drive to me from 30 miles away. 3 days. Heck I could have walked there and back on foot and still beat them here.
  24. I expect it to be 75% off no later than Thursday. I would scan items tommorow, and see what they ring up. You should also be hiding things you want.
  25. Technically is was mis-loaded, or mis-sorted, and the mis-loaded which I'm sure happend more frequently this time of year.
