I already have saved up quite a bit and have tucked some stocking stuffers away. Im already getting excited!!

No! I'm not ready just yet! I still need a few more gifts, stocking stuffers and NOTHiNG has been wrapped!! I'm really hoping to finish this weekend.

I had a blast ths year! I got ALOT done, but there is still quite a bit that I need. I still really don't like the stores opening so early. I would much rather them go back to opening at least at 4am. The only good thing about them opening early is that by the time I got to target (3:30ish am) their was practically no one there and yet, I still got everything I needed (except the xbox live cards). The mall wasn't bad either and I had a really good time this year. I didn't see any fights or people arguing. Everyone was nice and polite. As far as the ads, I thought they were pretty good this year. I can't say the same for Cyber Monday though. I've had no luck today finding anything I need on sale. I don't know if I would have been able to get it all done if it hadn't been for GD. I wouldnt have known about some of the early deals that worked out for me so well. I already can't wait til next year. It would be nice to have 2 black Fridays each year. LOL!

Forgot to mention my times of shopping. I was at walmart for the 6:00pm sales. Was home by 7:30 we t to bed but had a really hard time sleeping. I got maybe an hour of sleep and it was a very light sleep. Got up at 2am and was out the door at 2:30am. Got home about 3pm. Then went back to walmart to see what was all left. They still had a lot of movies so I picked some more up and also the rubbermaid bowls that were 6.97.

Ok so I've really enjoyed everyone's list so far. I am soooo proud of myself for the fact that I only got about an hour of sleep in between my shopping and I didn't get sick !! This is huge for me b/c in years past, I've gotten really sick for going over 24 hours with no sleep. I just ordered the kindle fire from Best Buy for $99 (thanks to GD for posting the sale). I was torn between it and the Nextbook that walmart has for $59. It's for a 6 yr old so it's not like he would need something to do homework with. Just something to watch netflix and play games on. DH said for me to just get the kindle b/c of all the good reviews and the fact that the Nextbook pretty much has 50/50 reviews on any website I went to to read on. Plus I'm sure my DS and DH will want to use it sometimes and I'm sure it will run a little faster than the Nextbook. I just hope I don't get "that" email saying my order had to be cancelled that I ve read other people say BB is famous for doing.

Our Thanksgiving day here is gonna be mostly sunny w/ high of 42. BF is mostly sunny w/ high of 44

I went to my local walmart on my lunch break and got 3 Disney infinities for $37!!! I got the last one for the 3DS and they only had 2 left for the xbox and 1 for the Wii. I looked for the leap pad but they were sold out. I'll probably break down and buy the nextbook on sale online for $59. It's for a 6 yr old so I think it'll be ok for him. Going back tomorrow to see what else they have left. Didn't have time to stay as long as I wanted to today.

Does anyone know what UA usually do for BF? I called my local outlet and the girl said she didn't know what the sale would be but said they were gonna start it next Tuesday. She said they were told not to tell people that and actually kinda whispered it to me when she said it. I need hoodies from there this year and right now they are $44 for the regular ones (which is what Ineed). I kinda hope they are addl 50% off . The sale right now is addl 20% off.

Ultra always has it for $99 on BF. However, if you can get it at kohls so ucan use a coupes AND get kohls cash then that would be a good deal

I try to set a budget on how much I want to spend in all for everyone and that includes 2Ds, DH, myparents, my in laws, sister, SIL, BIL, 2 Nieves nd 2 nephews. It's hard to spend the same amount on each child. My 6 year old doesnt want stuff as expensive as my 11 year old so my budget for them is never the same.

I got an email from amazon today saying if I ordered s kindle fire hd, I'll get a $15 amazon GC. I think it's just a deal for today. Does anyone know if they will offer something better in the future. I would love to try to get it for $99 on BF, but I don't think it will be possible since I would have to do it online.

Luckily for me, the store map has always been accurate, but then again, I've only gone to walmart on BF the last 2 years. Does anyone know if they have released their maps for this year yet.

I plan on being at walmart at 6 for quite a few items...movies, Disney infinity, possibly the nabi, candle melting plug in. Hopefully I'll be home by 9 pm so I can get a few hours of sleep. I'll get up at 2am, leave the house by 2:30am and drive an hour away to the target and mall I wanna go to. Hoping to be home Friday by about 2. I also plan on going to kohls, dicks sporting good, Ulta, and possibly the under armor outlet.

I saw a fridge in the home depot ad that u might be interested in.

My DS is getting a bow and arrow for Chriatmas this year and I have put off buying a decoy to practice on b/c I was hoping to find something on BF. I don't want to spend a lot of money on one, so with that being said, I understand he won't be getting something like a fake deer. I just need some kind of target for him to practice on. I didn't really see anything on gander mtn or dicks sales ads but would I still have a good chance of getting a good deal on one that may not have been important enough to make it in the ads? Does anyone know anywhere else I can either pick one up or order online that would have a good sale? Thanks for any input.

I want to get one of the $99 kindles but I have no clue which one to pick from online on Thursday. I saw where y'all were talking about it earlier, but when I looked on best buy website I didn't know how to tell which one was the older generation. Is it the $139 or $199 one? It says2nd generation on their website and IDK if that's the new one or old one. I haven't ever bought a kindle or online from best buy so this is new to me.

Does anyone know f they will be doing their mystery gift cards on BF like they have in the past? If so, do you have to spend a certain amount to get the GC? My MIL usually gives me her card but she's not going shopping this year so I was gonna buy something just so I could get the card.

I to was wondering if that's all lowes was gonna have.

I am only 33 but this is gonna make me feel old......the younger generation won't ever know that excitement that u get after a good Thanksgiving supper and wonderful day just to go to bed and getting a good rest (if you can contain yourself enough to fall asleep) and wake up to the rush of stores opening at 5/6am. It's like getting that same feeling you got as a child on Chrisrmas Eve and not being able to go to sleep bc ur thinking about all the excitement for the next day. That is why I don't stay up all night shopping. I want to keep that feeling so I try to get a few hours of sleep at night so I can wake up and head out feeling refreshed and excited!

I am still excited about black Friday. I refuse to let these retailers who open on Thanksgiving ruin black Friday for me. YES, there is a chance I won't get my door buster whenI get to the store at 3am but I DONT CARE!! I haven't had that happen to me yet b/c I still get soooo many great deals and come home very satisfied with all that I got. If you choose to go to walmart then I say go for it! I went last year for a tv but came straight home and went to bed for a few hours. Yes I do feel bad for those employees who have to rush thru thanksgiving to be a work b/c all of us shoppers had a choice to not go or stay home with our family. I guess the employee has the same choice but they may lose their job. It would be nice if these employees got a good incentive for working on a holiday. I to also just miss the tradition of getting a good nights sleep and the stores not opening til 5am.
