  1. Yay! This is my favorite posts to just sit back and read each and everyone of your comments. I love reading what great deal everyone got. I did good but not as good as I have done in the past. I notice that some years I get really great deals and then some years I just don't. Even DH made a comment on how little I bought. He's use to having several loads of bags to get out of my car when I get home after shopping. Either way, my list is below: Walmart..I did all my shopping with WM online and almost had a panic attack. I had all my items in my cart but the system wouldn't let me pay for anything. I kept getting an error stating there was technical difficulties. It took my 2 hours before I was finally able to pay for my stuff. The only thing that got taken out of my cart were the $5 Serta pillows but I ended up going to my local WM today and they had plenty left. -Iphone 7 -Bicycle -4 camera outdoor security cameras -Fuji film refills -Incredibles 2 DVD -Water/Fire proof security safe -toddler potty -1 mickey mouse toy -1 racing rug -1 kid shaving kit. Outlets-The 1 1/2 hour to this partiular outlet was worth the drive. They had awesome deals Vineyard Vines Oulet -2 mens shirts -4 small boys shirts -1 womens shirt Kate Spade Outlet -1 ring Carters -pair of boy pj's Nike -pack of mens socks -1 lineyard' Loft -3 womens shirt -2 womens cardigans Next was Target and I was disappointed. I normally rack up in Target but ended up not getting nearly as much as I usually do -Nintendo switch joy cons -Nintendo switch 32gb disc -2 Diary of a Wimpy Kid book -1 Peppa pig book -candy stocking stuffers -body wash for stocking stuffer Belk -1 pair of Adidas boy pants -1 Columbia mens wind breaker -1pair of boy pj's -1 womens shirt -2 packs of womens underwear - basketball door hanging hoop Victoria Secret...This store is the only place that I stood in line for so long in. It took me almost 30 minutes to check out but I really wanted all that I had gotten so I just waited it out. 4 sets of lotion/body sprays 2 sets of perfume Mercari app -1 pair of Tory Burch earrings Lowes -batteries -ceiling fan Amazon -pocket knife -truck sticker Tractor Supply -low profile tool box (gotta go pick it up tomrrow at the store) I think thats it. Seeing it all on here makes me think that I bought a ton of stuff, but I guess b/c so much of it was online that it just doesn't feel like I bought so much at the store.
  2. OMG!! I can't believe I'm one of "these" people this year. What's wrong with me?? I'm not impressed with them and it makes me sad. I'm 99% sure though that once I get to the stores, I'll see lots of items that I need/want so I'm not to worried about it.
  3. I ordered the jetson hover board at Target yesterday that was $149 w/ the 25% off coupon, plus I used my Redcard and got an additional 5% off. Sooo glad I went ahead and got that marked off my list. I looked back at Walmarts BF ad from last year and saw that they had a 4 camera outdoor system for $149 so I'm gonna hold off til BF this year in hopes that they'll have it that cheap again or someone else will have it.
  4. What are some of your favorite party games for work? I need to come up with 1 game for my office to play. In the past we've played bingo, dirty santa, and guess the candy bar name game. I need some ideas people! Please help !
  5. So, these 2 things are at the top of my list this year and I've been holding off on buying them because I'm hoping they will be on a good sale on BF. My son wants the hoverbaord and DH wants a 4 camera outdoor camera. Do y'all think these items will be on a good sale this year or is it something I should go ahead and buy?

I saw that Walmart now has them for $20 but the reviews on it are horrible. I would love for it to work as it does in the infomercial that I watched but most of the reviews said it looks nothing like it does on tv. So disappointing.
  7. I got quite a bit online again this year. I can't believe how much I have enjoyed getting so much online. I've always been the one that likes being actually in the stores with other shoppers and just enjoying the experience of Bf. But either way I got some great deals both online and in the stores. Walmart: IPhone 6 straight talk, Nintendo Switch game, bath rug and Fuji film refills. TRU: diapers, battery operated 4-wheeler, nano computer kit Old Navy: leggings Kohls: 3 towels, 2 packs of wash cloths, food network baking sheets, bra, baby sleeper, and necklace Target: Nintendo switch (the LAST one they had
  8. I saw a video yesterday of these dolls that looked the most real that I've ever seen. It said they cost around $8500!! Yes you read that correctly. They literally looked like real babies. They also drank from a bottle and peed. It was scary how real it looked.

  10. I was kinda hoping that WM wouldn't have stuff that I need but there is a lot of things that I need to get that's gonna be at a good price. Looks like I'll be staying up til midnight to try and get the deals. I don't mind doing it online, but I'm hoping I don't have to actually go to the store. I've gone in the years past to the store but I really don't want to be in that crowd this year. I'd rather get a couple of hours of sleep before I get up at 1am to hit the other stores/mall.
  11. I usually have a few coupons that I get in the mail, but I don't ever find any in the actual paper that I get on thanksgiving when looking at all the ads. I remember when there would be coupons hidden in the paper, but I haven't seen them in years. It could just be my local paper though.
  12. I was able to get one after getting the error message. I kepted having to refresh and it finally let me add it to my cart and check out. I just knew it wasn't going to still be in stock by the time I would be able to check out.
  13. WAs anyone else able to snag the SNES classic from Target this morning? I got on and signed in and was ready to add it to my cart once it became available. As soon as it was available, I clicked on "how to buy this item" and realized I hadn't put my RedCard info into my wallet online. I had to enter that info in and then I kept getting an error stating to try again later. I refreshed for a good 20 minutes before it finally let me finish my order and was able to check out. I'm so excited that I was able to get this for my FIL. I just hope my order doesn't get cancelled for any reason.
  14. Last year was the 1st year I shopped ALOT online and surprisingly, I LOVED IT!! Don't get me wrong, I love going out on BF and shopping, but the online shopping I did on thanksgiving and the days after BF was wonderful. It helped out sooooo much! Once BF is gone, I don't enjoy getting out in the crowds to Christmas shop nearly as much. I'd rather stay home and wrap gifts and watch Christmas movies. It goes by so quickly as an adult and there has been a few years that I felt as if I didn't get to enjoy the Christmas time at home with my kids.
  15. I'm sure this has been posted in the past, but I love to read others past BF stories. I still remember my very 1st BF. It had taken my SIL and MIL several years to talk me into actually shopping with them on BF b/c I just couldn't imagine getting out in the BF crowds to shop. I had NO idea how good of sales there were. I finally went with them and only had around $250 with me. I bought so many gifts and was just amazed at how good I did b/c of all the good deals. I've been hooked ever since. One year I stood in line to get an Xbox 360 for DS. I just knew I wasn't going to get it. I was sick as a dog and had to have people hold my spot in line so I could run to the bathroom to puke several times but I GOT THE XBOX!! Makes me think of the things we do for our children. (FYI...I wasn't sick from a virus or flu. I was sick from going off of no sleep. I wouldn't actually go shopping with something that could infect others even for BF) Anyway, what are your stories?
  16. Thanks! I forgot about using my Red Card at Target to get the extra 5% off. I think I'll do that as well!
  17. Does anyone think the Nintendo switch will be any cheaper than it is now? Walmart has it for $299 and i dont know if I should hold out for black Friday.
  18. I love a good contests!!! I don't even care if we do get it after black Friday. I don't get all my shopping done on BF so this would help me tremendously!!
  19. I would LOVE to snag a SNES Classic for my FIL. Not sure it will happen but I'm gonna try.
  20. Does anyone know if Francesca's has a good BF sale? I'm wanting to shop there this year for my nieces but since I've never shopped there on BF before, I don't know if they have good sales.

Has anyone bought this and thought it was worth the money. I just saw an infomercial on tv and thought it looked awesome...if it works good.
  22. So, I started my Christmas shopping EARLY this year. I started in July when Nordstrom had their big sale. I always buy stocking stockers throughout the year, but to actually have some GOOD gifts already bought, is just so exciting for me. Here's what I've bought so far Nordstrom: Booties for SIL, 2 pair of kate Spade earrings for nieces, Patagonia pull over for DS QVC: Philosophy body wash for SIL Target: Shampoo/Conditioner for SIL Lilly Pulitzer online: Dress for niece If it hadn't been for the amazing sales that these websites have had, then I wouldn't have been able to buy this stuff already. I'm loving this early shopping. I've even contemplated going ahead and wrapping it b/c I always procrastinate on that.
  23. I just got the chance today to check out all that QVC is offering this month for their Christmas specials. So far I've bought a 32 individual rounds of different cheesecaks that won't be delivered til December, but I think they will be perfect for holiday meals that I'll have to host this year. I already have a 3 tier plate set that they will look great on. I also bought the 2 Philosophy shower gels that are 32 oz for christmas gifts this year. That was the best deal I've found on there. The price was $41 for both shower gels and thats a great price for philosophy in that size.
  24. I stayed up till midnight Wednesday night and had all my items in my cart on Walmart website. Took me a few times to refresh but was able to snag 3 DVDs, skillet, sheets and 21 piece prep set. Got on old navy but when I went to check out,may items were disappearing from them getting sold out. I went to Walmart with my family around 5:00 and got everything there that I went for. The crowd was bad but not as bad as in years past. One cashier literally cut her light off and said she was done and not ringing up anymore customers. I'm pretty sure she quit. Afterwards, I went home and slept til 1:30 and got up and left to head about an hour away for all my other stores. Here's all that I got Walmart 2 chrome book laptops 1 handheld battery charger for car 1 pack of sheets 1 pack earbuds 1 fisher price toy 1 pack socks 1 box of Rubbermaid containers 1 leap pad infant tablet Target 1 life proof case (taking this back though. I paid $80 for it and it was on Amazon today, cyber Monday, for $30) 1 men's dove gift 1 women's shaving gift set 1 women's shampoo/conditioner gift set 2 little einstein infant toys 1 pack boy boxers 1 swifter jet refill 1 infant Christmas outfit 1 nose trimmer (stocking stuffer) 2 king size pillows 1 pair yoga pants 1 DVDs Ultra Dry shampoo Old navy 1 pair pants 1 infant outfit 3 shirts 1 pair pjs 1 necklace Belks 3 hoodies 4 shirts 1 pair pants 1 outfit set 1 pair house slippers I went out the next day (Saturday) and got a lot at the outlet mall and then more today on cyber Monday. I still have a few more times to buy including stocking stuffers too.
