Probably not but there is no Office Max near me so its moot. Why would TRU have cameras I am not a child. I dont want a kiddie camera. O I see Office Max has cameras online but they are out of my price range.

Ok I was online hunting as some deals are up and running but after re-reading this thread I just don't understand and am even more confused. I was looking for something under $100. I just want to be able to take nice photos on my adventure. My old one did the job last time in Europe but I wanted an upgrade. I don't want to spend over $100 as I would just keep what I have as a new camera is a want and not a need. I'm not some photo enthusiast and I only use my camera on my travels. I was thinking of the $49 one at BB but after reading reviews on the net it seems to be a crapass camera. Surprisingly nice weather helps. That and (insert joke about Cali being bankrupt).

Get the PS3 as it does the streaming movies and if you dont like video games you can trade in the games in the bundle pack.

I am 87% sure you need the hard drive for game patches. As said before on here make sure it is not a used one from a banned account.

I've seen teens wait in line for days to get the (insert new game system here) so why would they prevent them from doing something similar? I stood inline for a PS2 and the teens there were far more civilized than most adults I see on BF in line. Just saying...

I might forgo Simi to go to the one off the 101 in Ventura/Oxnard. Simi is kinda a madhouse. Last time I went for BF the line was all the way to the Oceans restaurant by 2am. Had no issues with the one off the 101 last year. Let me know which one you prefer.

LMAO! Do the homeless peeps in line have $$$? Seriously though when the Bevmo in my area opened up they gave away $25 gift cards to the 1st 50 people in line. I kid you not homeless people were in line a week early! Some had their half empty bottles of liquor in hand too!

Ugh the camera is 10 per store? Why would I waste 4 hours or more of my life waiting in line to save $50? Now I dunno what I am gonna do.

I have had nothing but problems with HP in the past. Awful customer service (from India) as well. Like another poster said to each their own.

Nothing done. Pffft like I have time... Besides I don't think my USA friends are getting gifts this year for others as most are hurting economically and I'll be long gone before the 25th. My CDN friends have said they want nothing and just mail them a little something when I am overseas. Soooo I'll get myself a little gift (digital camera) and will be in Russia for X-mas and my main gf has told me not to buy anything. Just a few small trinkets if anything. Makes sense she says me giving nice gifts would reek of being a "rich arrogant westerner tossing my $$ around". I think this is the first time for the holidays I am not buying gifts for anyone.

Being new to the Black Friday online thing here are my questions: 1.) How long does it normally take for the item to get to you? B.) Do they charge for shipping? 5.) Will they ship out of country? F.) Circut City used to have that order online and pick up in store thing. Does any store still do this?

Might go but I doubt the digital cameras will be flying off the shelves. No need to camp out. Just show up one hour early and I should be good to go. Unless I see the Frys ad or can find a similar deal for a decent digital camera elsewhere.

I think you can purchase my minor league hockey card for 20 cents or less. I will even autograph it for free. I'd like to think my autograph makes the card priceless. LOL Seriously though I agree with the above (Marcsters idea is good) and as long as the gift is thoughtful. Maybe cook them their favorite meal?

I'm still torn as the only item worth getting is a new digital camera. But is it really worth standing in line 3 hours early? I don't see a big enough deal to warrant it. But it is probably going to be my last Black Friday soooo I dunno. Maybe I can find a good deal on a digital camera before or after BF?
