yes i was serious. but actually i made it to the store today and was able to cut my bill by $120 for a total of $80! I saved on shipping and cut back on how many refills i gave everyone. it makes me feel that much less stressed with holiday shopping.

i am looking for a new camera also. i have a kodak one that i got frmo BF a couple years ago. i like it except for the fact that i hate losing pics due to shutter delay.... and with 2 kids, that most of my pics, lol. so i am going to keep an eye on this thread and see what other cameras people suggest.

im curious to know also. we MIGHT be selling in the next few months and our house needs to be be painted. i will be watching for the ads all week!

i have a thrift store here called America's Thrift Stores(located throughout the country, i think). I buy a lot of basics from there at a fraction of the cost! I just bought my dd a long denim skirt from old navy for $2.00 and it looks like it hasnt been worn! I have found some nice skorts, shorts for myself there ant havent paid more than $3.00 for anything. I am very picky when i go there too.... i just dont buy anything cuz its cheap. I usually buy the name brand clothing thats a lot more expensive in the stores. I have also been known to buy brands such as tommy hilfiger, gap, skechers, baby toys that just needed a little cleaning.

congrats on the new baby boy! we have a nice 20" oscillating fan that we got last summer from walmart. I bet if you look there, walmart, home depot, family dollar, dollar general... someone is bound to have one. good luck and congrats!

I ordered some sheet sets that are made to fit 18 inch deep mattresses. ever since dh and i ordered a new bed set, our old sheets dont fit! we have 2 out of 6 sets that fit our bed, lol. and DD needed a couple sets for her twin bed. she only had 2 sets and 1 is a flannel pair i use for the winter. the other came with her comforter set. i only paid $8.XX for hers ! I am excited and she is too... she helped picked them out, lol. I really hope the TANGERINE bed sheets she loved are cute, but at the price i paid, i guess it doesnt matter, lol. thanks again!

if i can find it, i think i have the lion. we just went there the other day and my DD insists on teh happy meal for the toy and then doesnt do anything with it. I believe its on the seat in my car and is still brand new. willing to send it to get rid of it, lol.

hmmm i dont know about that one. maybe you can call the creditor that you have teh account with and see if they are reporting it correctly. if not, ask them to report the correect balance. or maybe call the credit reporting agency and see where you get with that. but i would first start with the creditor. i do know that some dont update on your report every month. i hope you can get it figured out!
