  1. my store went 75% off today also. I had to SERIOUSLY resist the 7.5 ft white tree, normally $220 for $50. My dh knows I have been dying for a white tree and when I told him about it when I got home, said I shoulda got it. ugh. Will check tmw when I go into work.
  2. I just got back from Target in Alabaster, AL and seasonal is still 50% and so is dollar spot. I am hoping to goes 75% soon, my son spotted the Thome the Ttrain and Percy in the red bins area in the seasonal dept and they are ringing up $3.49, half off. I didnt get any but would pick up a bunch at 75%.
  3. I do a sausage casserole as well, lol. It is very easy and yummy. ingredients: 2 pkgs. of crescent rolls 2 pkgs. of cream cheese 1 roll of jimmy dean mild sausage 1 roll of jimmy dean hot sausage 1 bag of cheddar cheese cook sausage, drain. add in both pkgs of cream cheese and cook til melted. spray baking dish with cooking spray. lay 1 roll of crescent rolls on bottom. add sausage/cream cheese mixture once its done on the stovetop. add bag of cheese on top of sausage. top with last roll of crescents. bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
  4. I you can find them hangers in metal or stainless steel, I would go with those. I have them in plastic and use one for each family member in my house(5) and put their coats/light weight jackets on them. Even my kids winter coats arent heavy since we live in the south and my oldest is only7 and the hook part of the hanger that you hook on the pole is all bent, i am guessing from the weight. But I am confused as there is hardly any weight on them. Definitely go for the metal.
  5. not real sure yet but I do see a lot of 5-hour energy in my future as I also have to work at Target Friday night from 4p-12a and probably wont leave the store until 130a and getting home around 2a. Typing all that makes me think I should start sleeping now, lol.
  6. I have never been to TRU before on BF. The only thing I need this year is the ipod touch with GC for my daughter's bday on sunday. If it openes at 10, I might head up there around 4-5ish. I live 45 minutes from there.
  7. Do they carry these in teh store? I was in a WM the yesterday and I THINK I noticed them but I am not for sure. If so, I am exchanging it for another color. I know I can get a skin for it, but I do not want to have to worry about that.
  8. I got mine today. I ordered the "red" one. It is a dark maroon color. I have already opened it so I am not sure I can return it for a different color. Online, it looked so much more reddish and not the dark color that I got today. Can I exchange it for a diferent color if I have already opened it?
  9. Yes, this is true. I work at Target and come across is every so often. There will be 2 things that show up on the PDA.... the last price sold at and the current price. When the last price sold at is $0.00, it has gone salvage and the item will usually have the last price sold(which happened to me the other night, item was salvaged but came up $6.74, it was a shirt). We have to take the item off the shelf and actually salvage the item, along with any other strays floating around.
  10. I got one of the red ones first thing this morning. I hope it is a good starter computer for my dd who will be 8 on November 28.
  11. is the 25% off coupon printable from somewhere?
  12. my dh and I go every year. we skip lunch or make it light and fill up at this sams club event. in the case that we are still hungry, they have a food court to grab something but that has never happened.
  13. I am kinda worried as I am trying to use my pt job to pay for the holidays. My boys Lucas and Carter are sooo easy to buy for. As long as it is a monster truck, motorcycle, train, it will be ok. My daughter Jocelyn is a different story. She wants items that cost a little bit more and I want to give them to her and will find a way but man. I was warned that the older they get, the price on the things they want goes up but i didnt know it started at age 8, lol.
  14. I am not sure if that is corporate policy or not, I am just saying that I asked this very question on wednesday night when I worked and the answer I was given was no.... No buying before hand and returning on BF to price adjust. But as I stated, ,it may be a store-to-store decision.
  15. I like the ads so far but I think when it comes down to it, you are going to have some that love the ads and are the first people out, then you will have some who say its some of the worst ads they have seen in a long time and stay at home.
  16. OMFG.... my red, front load washer and dryer are $1,000 for the pair. I think I might have to be an extra, super good wife from here on out to get those, lol.
  17. In our store, you have to bring it in during the doorbuster hours to get the price.
  18. I work at Target and asked this same question as I am the store operator(handles all incoming calls and questions). I asked if a person can come in before hand and purchase an item that is onsale for BF and then come in on BF and price adjust and the answer was no. This is the same at several other stores in our area, but it may be a store-to-store policy and I would call your local Target and ask. I just know that we are not allowing it and we have pretty tough management and guest service team members, lol.
  19. I work at target and usually work the closing shifts but I might have to get in line for this ad.... I am wanting to get a lot of things in this ad!!
  20. Last night at our closing meeting, our LOD(its the leader on duty, aka manager) told us that everything Halloween is going salvage on Tuesday. As always, this on a store-to-store basis.
  21. Thank you! My dd's costume is in the running to win, so please vote for her if you have time. Thanks so much! http://photos.parents.com/category/vote/photo/569903
