My personal review is that it is so-so also. It isn't bad if you don't need it for much. Been watching the luggage for a few weeks. Here it is down to 50 & 70 here. The one I want is still 50. Hoping for better but it is running low.

Not necessarily. The reason they go that low is having more odds and ends stuff leftover. If they have onesie twosies and a Walmart, they might not have the same salvage opportunities there. Hard to say, but you might keep an eye out for odds and ends. I've only ever seen it at 2 stores here, and it is not common. But some folks on here have seen it more regularly. It might be a combo of the low income area with Walmart, too. That would not surprise me. But it would be nice if we could get a handle on it. So, please report if you see 80%.

Found a Kelty 4 person Zodiac tent for 80% off today - $15.04. Amazing! I have no need for it, but bought it so someone in a local cub scouts group could get it if needed. If no one needs it, maybe we'll set it up in the back yard for the kids to enjoy this summer. Just too good to pass up. FYI, a pal on price change told me that only stores near Walmarts go 80%! Funny thing, this is in a community that is lower income (so some more expensive items tend not to sell anyway) and there is a big Walmart nearby....

where have all the bargains gone? long time passing.... few more markdowns in childrens clothing, but nothing to write home about. Thor toys marked down (but then, who wants those, anyway?). Several cameras, as noted. A bunch of stuff has been holding in kitchen.

Books & electronics are a single department, so they clearance everything together.

That's okay. I love those cherry cordials even though most people don't. Lots of new mens markdowns today. mostly pants. all the vday stuff was long gone today.

Bought one of those boxes of Ethel's chocolates today. Not bad. Won't buy Russel Stover's even at 90% off, but the Ethel's wasn't bad. It appears to be the Mars brand version of Hershey's Pot of Gold type chocolates. I wouldn't pay $15 (original price), but decent in case you were wondering.

Still scanning 70% at one store here. 2 others salvaged already. Bummed.

Only a few stores are marking this down. Generally, smaller Targets with smaller toy departments.

They restickered the UPC on those, so most stores have them at full price now.

Fireplace and heaters 70% today

Not here. I went today and found nothing. Pretty sad. Probably won't be shopping there much anymore if it stays like this.

It is the new pricing policy. It has been in the news. Markdown days are 1st & 3rd Fridays now. They must have had extra to do and started early as a guess.

virtually nothing valentines left here. found a handful of Lego Friends sets and saw squinkies as one store. bit of candy, not much. Easter already set everywhere.

Probably separate. Most of ours has just disappeared. Hoping it is in the back, but a lot of it has just gone back to the regular sale price on the regular shelf. Bummer!

That's interesting. Our Bodega stuff is 30% off (even though a lot of signs still say 15%), but they moved all the Cascade packs out and back to the regular aisles at full price. They had the other brand, Finish I think it is called now, used to be Electrasol, but we can't use those since they cause our dishes to have a film on them.

I'd certainly put up a fuss and ask for a manager next time, but I've never had them try that with me. Stupid idea since they will get the money from the coupon in either case.

Was it the blonde guy? He was working GS this morning at open. I haven't had any problems, and I seriously doubt it is policy. Occasionally you get an employee that heard something but doesn't understand the real policy. I'd certainly try again at one of the other stores if not the same one.

They've been on sale at Target for about a month now. They are 50% off here, and will probably drop to 70% in a week.

Those kinds of deals are almost always random things that were salvaged a while back and the were found in the backroom. You usually can't get them at any other store. But awesome deals!
