Amazon Toy Clearance Sale Thread - Post Deals Here!
tinkrbel replied to Brad's topic in Online Hot Deals
Please remember to only post toy deals that have Amazon.com listed as the Seller which makes them eligible for Super Saver Shipping or Prime Shipping. -
I'm not sure if this is what you meant by the 12 days of Christmas but I remember a thread about A Christmas elf that was mischievous and parents would take pics of doing random/silly things.

The last time I saw diapers in a BF ad it was babiesrus/noname brand an in store only..which worked fine for me because SIL would not dream of using anything but Pampers.

looks like the 79.57 radio shack is instore only but you can check the website to see if it's in stock near you.

3DS is on Walmart.com for 169.96 w/flex case, not sure if this is the same as 3dsi or not. They offer free site to store. Just checked amazon and this is their regular price so Walmart may have padded price to make this weeks ad seem good, said regular price 249.

I'm kinda kicking myself for not buying the football display case I saw at Kohls opening but can hopefully get cheaper online.

I would second the baby contribution but only for close friends/immediate family. We only refuse the same for my nephew because I know how his parents waste their money and if my parents already set up a college fund what other account do the kids need. Maybe you could setup a upromise account and ask people to link up? My bff's husband recently mentioned he has one set up for the kids but has yet to email me link to their acct so I can link my CC. It's free to whoever is contributing from what I understand and pays a small amount into account without charging them.

I'm pretty sure nothing was out...or maybe nothing significant was out... til after my bday last year which is mid October so you may be jumping the gun folks.

when's the facebook contest ending?
-
your dad can get you an amazon gc directly to your email though

this has been a huge bonus for me. Their prices are fabulous, especially adding no taxes, and then if anything does go wrong their super helpful to put it right. I called once since I'd preordered a movie and they put it cheaper week of release which didn't fall under pre-order price guarantee and they adjusted without hassle.

hmmm...I'm not sure why half the credit, they usually give you the price paid and deduct shipping costs unless it was their/seller fault.

The engraving is a free option from the apple store and shipping is free too.

Let's all remember trunk space and safety on BF. I've heard stories where people have been followed to their car and then robbed of everything once they open trunk, truth or urban legend I can't remember.

I had a coworker like this last year...It's not difficult but I was doing all the "hard" work (of coming to site and downloading stuff:P ) while she was just whining cause I'm sat at my desk looking at whatever ad she hasn't had access to yet(usually being uploaded to shared drive). Then she'd pester me every time she found something she was remotely interested to know if it would be available online at same price. After telling her multiple times nothing was for sure but that EVEN if it was she'd have to be up late/early to get I started to pretend I was on a call or doing work(BF spreadsheet). I hope your friend is somewhat better and actually goes with you and peps up a little before then.

LOL...I have no recollection of this but that was marketing at it's as best/worst. How something so ugly could be so popular is beyond me :) -
Sounds like a good idea, I wish you luck either way. Maybe once you've decided where you're going you can offer to pick them up a few things for a discounted rate? My bff and I were lucky to go shopping Wednesday morning without her almost 2DS while 4DD was in school and got so much done.

organization wise what has worked best for us is a list of what we want to get with prices sorted by store with opening time listed next to it(not needed til last year really). I jot down multiples and then go scratching off if I get at first store so we sometimes end up not having to go somewhere. Especially important for walgreens or electronics , we jot down sizes and/or model numbers. In years past, I used to jot down prices before and after rebate as well as limit number and number of receipts needed (multiple addresses) but this doesn't happen as often anymore. I lucked out last year at jcpenney or sears with a pressure cooker where they didn't have rebates and were just adjusting price to what it should have been. If I hadn't had it jotted down on paper and circled in ad I probably would have had to return and deal with it a different day when they MAY have had the rebate in stock.

I almost typed that then I remembered I have never actually HEARD anyone say that...I thought maybe it was something I made up:)

Don't tar us all with the same brush, the only buggy I know is the car I got a fabulous little wristlet thing at target today for $3.24. I think it's supposed to be for some electronics thing but is basically a small 2 pocket wallet, enough for cc's, license, keys and some cash should I take any.

I agree. Unless she is mentally ill we all have free will and make our own choices. People only responded to her AFTER she decided to just jump in their line while someone kindly allowed her to pass through. -
Perimeter Perusing at Target (Target Clearance Deals) - 2011
tinkrbel replied to Brad's topic in Offline Hot Deals
they're probably straight onto ebay. I saw a semi cute missoni tank dress(black/white) today possibly in my size but I wasn't interested when I saw the 54.99 tag. There was also a lingerie set very flowery and some wine cases of all things. The shoes were cute but higher than I wear and very hard to boot. -
I think the best tip I can give you for online shopping is to have all your info saved at whatever stores you plan on shopping.(address/card)
