  1. Franklin, TN at Coolsprings, then on to Opry Mills, then Nashville West on the way home!
  2. nintendo dsi Zhu Zhu wii games clothes games
  3. Check online prices to for Home Depot and Lowes! We just bought a washer. DH got all the info from Consumer Reports and we had 3 models we wanted to look for. Priced them online and the online price for Home Depot was $200 cheaper than anywhere else, even the B&M Home Depot near us!! We bought it online, the brought it 3 days later, set it up and it works great! Exact same one as in the store.
  4. check lands end's outlet and Old Navy's outlet. I find things for DS there. Also, lots places around me have kids consignment sales about every 2-3 months and get lots of stuff there for DS.
  5. Went today in Nashville to Green Hills. Macy's just down to Clinque and Estee Lauder Night repair. Dillards had both those, plus about 4 shower gels. No wait at either when I was there, but they did a huge story about it on the news last night and everyone at school was talking about it today. I went during my planning period, which is also lunch, so it was 1.5 hours long!
  6. Ours just opened a few months ago and it is doing very well, or at least seems to be full of people every time I'm there! I hope they aren't closing, I love that place!!
  7. I know I had a devil of a time getting my DH a Stanley Cup hat from last year! They had some in the stores right after they won the cup in Michigan, but sold out quick and when I ordered it, it took 6 weeks to get it in! (He goes to Michigan a lot and is up there at least once a month.) In other words, If you can find it, buy it!
  8. The one in Nashville is 1/2 a mile from me. It is only 1 of two stores left in a mall that they are going to "redo" to make an outdoor shopping area. They were supposed to stay open during the construction, but the construction was to have started a year ago and it hasn't yet, so they are closing. So sad, but bargains will be had!!
  9. Mine has gone 90% off already! Bought gift card holders for .25 cents!! Lots of candy still left, but most toys are gone.
  10. Went to the Nashville West Target. They are frantically moving in the new product and trying to move out Christmas. Not much left, but there are some trees, lights, etc. 75% Did find the Goldfiish boxes (on an endcap, down midway through the food). Sign said 30% off, but scanned out at 75% off! Boxes have christmas trees on it and says they have "Holiday Shapes" inside. Came out to .92 each!
  11. Bakugan Battle Arena. Doesn't want to stay put together and already we are missing one of the hinges! Luckily, DS just wants to let the little marbles pop open, not really play the game.
  12. I got a book autographed by an author for my DH and I can't find it. But I am cleaning out my closet Friday and it is my main hiding place for things, so I'm sure I'll find it there. And his birthday is Jan 13, so I'll just give it to him then!!
  13. I did lots of shopping with Amazon! My DH got $300 worth of certificates from work for them as a bonus and we put them to good use! Great way to send presents to people far away that would cost us an arm and a leg to send! It was my inlaws, so it didn't matter if it was wrapped or not!
  14. Gift cards don't stack, but that means you can get a six bag sampler of their popcorn for about $15.00, so It's a good deal. I paid $12 in NYC for 3 bags!
  15. I did the same thing! When all my friends were having babies, I signed up for them. When I finally got pregnant, all my friends had kids in middle school, so they signed up for me!
  16. I think everything was a hit! Everyone -- Wii! DD 18 -- clothes, gwen stefani solid fragrances in little doll heads was the huge surprise! She loved them (which had me sweating, because she's not a girly-girl), books, videos, video games DS 15 -- clothes, video games, videos, books DS 5 -- geotrax airport, batman imagenext, leapster with cars game, bakugans, Mack truck and cars set, pajamas, bike DH -- books, clothes Me -- Wiifit, diamond pendant We got DS out yesterday between rain showers for his first bike ride, but he is too interested in Mario Kart right now. Even my DH, who didn't think he would like it, has been racing everyone. That is probably the biggest hit. That and the extra controlers and wheels.
  17. Thanks for the info. I want to get this for my son for his birthday in a couple of months, so might run out tomorrow and see if ours has this deal.
  18. When I went yesterday morning (about 7:00 am) there wasn't much hard goods at my store in West Nashville, but lots of supplies (sprinkles, etc). But there were more people at Target than the Walmart just down the road, so YMMV.
  19. I bought a holiday spatula (who is going to notice but me that the spatula has christmas trees on it?) and a cookie sheet set that had a cooling rack and another spatula on 1/2 yesterday. I think all the holiday baking supplies went 1/2 off yesterday also.
  20. It is a big box with 5 bags of various sizes of popcorn. You get a bag of regular popcorn, kettle corn, white cheddar, chili con queso and caramal chocolate chunk, plus a bag of popsters. Popsters are little popcorn balls dipped in chocolate. It's a very good value and a way to try different types of popcorn. I've gotten Dale and Thomas at their store in Times Square and it is awesome. You can buy Popcorn Indiana bags in a few flavors at Walgreens, Bed, Bath and Beyond, etc. They only issue a few flavors in the Popcorn Indiana brand, but offer lots more on the website. www.daleandthomaspopcorn.com
  21. I agree with you. I went to Walmart early Friday morning and the markdowns were the normal, although I did get a Burt's Bees giftset 1/2 price which I've never gotten anything Burt's Bees 1/2 price before! Target was much more crowded, but just the normal bargains there too. Walgreens was pretty good, especially finding the Popcorn Indiana giftsets that have the $15 gift card for $5. The best I did was at Macy's, where I got a leather purse normally $85 for $40 with the 20% discount for using a Macys card/gift card and a $28 shirt for $7.
  22. Went to my local BBW today. They told me the Semi Annual Sale starts Saturday here, not Monday. The only things 75% off were massagers and scrub brushes.
