it will probably be very late tonight, but it'll definitely be up by the time you wake up tomorrow.

    Big Toy Book

Big Toy Book Dates: 10/26 - 11/22 "Our Biggest Toy Book Ever!" Get a Wonder Pets 15" Ming Ming or Linny for $4.99 with any $50 purchase. Thanks to a very helpful member we should have the full ad posted either tomorrow or Monday at the latest :) Also, some of the "hot" items (Elmo Live, Kota) don't have prices and just say to check in-store or online for the price, so TRU must not want to commit to a certain price in case another store undercuts them...
  10. click the link in the first post. you should see a thread with links to the scanned ad, the item listing and the discussion for each ad posted
  11. works for me. must be an issue with your computer. all the full scans will be posted this way, so it would be in your best interests to figure it out before more ads come out. are you getting an error or something? you could also try right-clicking on the link and chooseing "save target as..." and save the ad to your computer and try opening it that way.
  12. yep, looks like one person had the correct ad and date: http://forums.gottadeal.com/showpost.php?p=1333512&postcount=32
  13. Harbor Freight: http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=122171 HF is always early because they basically put the printed ads out in the stores so it's easy for someone to pick one up and send one. Now we wait for the good ads...

  15. I went with the day the got the most votes in the poll. If anyone can't make it, it's not a big deal as we'll have several of these leading up to BF, so just make one or more of the others :)

    CC BF Deals on web

The only store I remember having problems last year was Staples. I remember a lot of people who ordered right as the items went online at the BF prices (including myself) ended up getting e-mails saying the items were out of stock. All the other big stores (BB, CC, WM, etc...) seemed to go smoothly.
  17. Also see here for an explanation: http://www.techcrunch.com/2008/09/24/swoopo-entertainment-shopping-with-a-hint-of-scam/ Those prices are not actually what you pay for the item...
  18. Like the saying goes, if it sounds too good to be true... And I don't choose those ads. That's all handled through Google. Companies bid to have their ads shown on GD and whoever bids the most gets their ads shown. I (or GD) doesn't endorse or recommend any particular site you might see in those ads.
  19. Details: http://stores.ralphlauren.com/promo/foa_mmadness.asp http://media1.stores.ralphlauren.com/promo/graphics/FOA_mmadness08/FOA_MidnightMadness_01.gif
  20. bump chat is tomorrow night :)
  21. we've always used www.contagiousgraphics.com for our GD t-shirts
  22. Nope, this was the only one I've posted and it's just going through the BF site layout.
  23. It's a full membership for the 10 weeks.
  24. That's true, but 87 cents vs a dollar per week isn't much over a 10-week period. Or look at it this way, instead of signing up for a year right away, do the 10-week "trial" and then sign up for a year for $40 afterwards. So for $50 you get 62 weeks, 2 Black Fridays, 2 holiday "seasons"
