I also noticed it's non transferrable so it must be tied to the CC account number. Man I was dissapointed. I can get the same deal now at Bed Bath and Beyond with their 20% off. I think you would have gotten them in a mailer if you are a Kohls Charge Holder - but hopefully a Charge card holder can better answer this if I'm wrong.
