  2. Yeah, I had trouble the first time, but I have an email confirmation now :-) This will be a nice surprise for my teen girls
  3. Awesome This worked for me. I picked up 2 Thanks OP
  4. ty hpowers! used both gift4kc and gifts4all on a new pair of levis
  5. Yes, the site is telling me that XMASFREE is no longer valid
  6. http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/nfl_sportsfanshop/shop_jerseys/kids_baby/PRD~909171/Reebok+Detroit+Lions+Ndamukong+Suh+Jersey.jsp Boys' 8-20 N. Suh jersey... Reg. $50... sale price $34.99 - 30% = 24.49 + tax.... with free shipping code :) Went to local Kohl's and they had no Lions' jerseys... tons of Vikings (lol...this is MI). You should be able to find many other teams and players...
  7. Exactly. Thanks :) I knew there was a better way to put that, lol
  8. The kindle TOUCH will not have a browser. The kindle FIRE will have a browser.
  9. Be sure you research the 3DS. I have read that younger shildren should limit their exposure to 3D technology, as it may damage their eyes. My son has had DSlite for 3.5 years (he is almost 8) and has done very well. We are looking to upgrade to DS I this Christmas. http://www.technewsworld.com/story/71549.html
  10. The DS Lite is the oldest of the versions selling right now. It does not have a camera, and has a slot to play old Game Boy Advanced games. The wi-fi it comes with is old technology/security and can be picky to connect. No internet. Rumors that this one is discontinuing, but should be supported for a while. The DSi is the current "base" system. 2 cameras, wi-fi and easy internet. Does not play GBA games. Very easy to use; shold be fine for a 5 yr old, esp. one with some tech experience (like phone games, lol). (The DS XL is this same system, just bigger. Also heavier... not really necessary for a little one.) The new DS-3d is coming out soon, but is not recommended for kids under, like, 6. Supposedly it can damage young, developing eyes. We have 2 Ds and 2 DSi at my house. IMHO, the DSi is the way to go. You might find a price drop around the time Ds 3d comes out.... just keep checking My DS7 has had a DS since he was 4; he is very jealous of older sisters' DSi. As PP said, make sure the games you select are at the same language level as your child... if she can't read, she may have trouble with some games. Good luck! and HTH All 3 play DS games; there is a standard slot for all 3.
  11. I had trouble with lightning deals yesterday. Put 3 in my cart, then went to pay. Didn't want to use my gift card balance, but when I removed the gift card, it removed the promopricing! Had to call and by the time they figured it out, the deals were gone and I couldn't get them. SO: don't try to change payment options on a lightning deal
  12. same thing here. can't even join wait list! 3 computers trying, too... grrrrr
  13. even after signing in at leapfrog, I wasn't able to get the coupons on the leapfrog page. the link from post 6 gives me a "file not found" error. I was able to use the sweepstakes link to get a $5 coupon, so I got 2 books for 13.99 - 5 = 8.99. thanks OP :)
