Kanyon71 Posted October 3, 2022 Posted October 3, 2022 We ALWAYS end up buying movies on Blu-Ray/DVD. Until they stop making players we will always buy them. We stream most of our TV but when it comes to movies and video games I still prefer an actual copy of it.
HanShotFirst Posted October 3, 2022 Posted October 3, 2022 Well the obvious answer is the infamous and ever-popular Kohl’s throws! . I also buy Blu-ray/DVD movies. 4
Gator Pam Posted October 3, 2022 Posted October 3, 2022 I'm at the point in life where Beorn is grown and no grandkids or great nieces or nephews in the picture yet. So, I honestly mostly window shop for deals and think, "If I had the need, room, and money, that would be a great find!" I still find the hunt fun, even if I no longer actually purchase anything. 3
Bopeep Posted October 3, 2022 Posted October 3, 2022 Batteries and cheap bathroom rugs. Lowes and HD seem to go back and forth on who has the best battery deal. The rugs don't wash well, so I buy a few and just throw them away. 2
dakotadenise Posted October 3, 2022 Posted October 3, 2022 Throws from Kohls and new sheets and comforters for any that have worn out. 1
radritch Posted October 3, 2022 Posted October 3, 2022 Towels from Kohls and new shiny tools from Home Depot 2
kimpooh19 Posted October 3, 2022 Posted October 3, 2022 Kohl's throws and new work boots for the hubby, lol. Oh, and new matching Christmas pajamas for the family.
tracy0504 Posted October 3, 2022 Posted October 3, 2022 Rubbermaid containers!!!! Oh and Kohl’s throws, batteries, sheets, and pjs... 2

I just know your heart from all these years on the board. [emoji4] Forgot to answer the question Kohls throws of course. Edited October 3, 2022 by Kash 1
momlori Posted October 3, 2022 Posted October 3, 2022 Throws from Kohls are always on the list but I have been told absolutely not this year. Sheets, towels and households goodies are always welcome

AuntieJul Posted October 3, 2022 Posted October 3, 2022 Like GatorPam, batteries! And pajamas, but not Christmas specifically, just pajamas.

BFKJH Posted October 4, 2022 Posted October 4, 2022 Rubbermaid containers, cheap towels for the dog and to donate to the SPCA Shelter.
bluebear Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 I try to resist the Kohl's throws, but I usually fail. I've already bout my first one of the season last week. Batteries are always on the list. And then from Kohl's women's long sleeve everyday tees, towels, and whatever bedding is needed (mattress covers, memory foam pads, sheets). 2
mcwalker Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 Wrangler jeans from Walmart most years. In the past from the bins in the stores, but last year I ordered online to get a size not available in the stores. Various items from the three pharmacy chains that tend to repeat good deals each year. For example, gift cards with "bucks back." 1
stewarta4 Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 I'm guilty of the Kohl's throws as well. Usually always stock up on Bath and Body Works items for the entire following year as well. 2

They usually last us at least until or through summer. 1
speeddiva Posted October 5, 2022 Posted October 5, 2022 TV seasons on DVD although they are getting harder to find. 2
MariahA Posted October 6, 2022 Posted October 6, 2022 Most years DVDs, we don't have internet at home so that's what we watch! Pillows from Walmart are a must, actually one of the only things I ordered last year! Christmas decorations from Dollar General, one of the better sales is on Thanksgiving and I use the cheaper ornaments as gift tags for the gifts my five year old gives to therapists and Sunday School teacher. Usually I get lights but I found an tote full of new Christmas lights in our storage unit so shouldn't need any for a few years!!!Most years DVDs, we don't have internet at home so that's what we watch! jroyster86 Posted October 6, 2022 Posted October 6, 2022 Always buy the Kohl’s throws, towels and clothes!
starbeck96 Posted October 6, 2022 Posted October 6, 2022 Towels from Walmart and blankets from Kohls. Oh and the food storage containers from Walmart. 2
ilikefree Posted October 7, 2022 Posted October 7, 2022 (edited) I always buy the Kohl's throws, whether I need them or not (I don't!). I don't care for too many Bath & Bodyworks hand soap scents during the fall & winter seasons, but I always stock up on those to give as gifts as well. I love when they have their $3.95 full-size lotions. I stock up on those for myself and gifts. I usually buy new hand towels from Kohl's too and the bath rugs from Walmart. lucyismycat Posted October 11, 2022 Posted October 11, 2022 Sheets, towels and rubbermaid containers. <-this is how I know I'm officially old. I send home Thanksgiving leftovers with folks in the old rubbermaid containers and go out and buy all new stuff on BF. I've never bought a throw from Kohls. *runs and hides* 5
berry1014 Posted October 11, 2022 Posted October 11, 2022 DVDs for sure. Lounge pants for DS as he keeps outgrowing his.
HanShotFirst Posted October 11, 2022 Posted October 11, 2022 I've never bought a throw from Kohls. *runs and hides* LMBO!! You’re missing out on some good blankies! 4
Doresia Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 I always seem to need socks. My son is horrible at keeping them and my daughter thinks you can't have enough! I also get the rugs and washcloths at walmart 3
cllehto Posted October 14, 2022 Posted October 14, 2022 Slippers, toys, towels, washcloths and of course, throws from Kohl's. LOL
