Is it just me or is this year just rushing. It’s already April!

Hope everyone else is happy and healthy. We just had the flu and bronchitis go through our house!

Boy it felt like spring today! A little windy, but so nice!

And just like that only 10 months till BF

Checking in for January. Man this year(month) seems to be rushing already.

I wait to open my box till today. I have to say my secret Santa spoiled me!! The grands had fun helping me open all the goodies. I’ll try to post a pic soon. You really hit it out of the park!! Thank you!

Thank you! I see a few of the things that I get every year in it again… excited about that! I’m sure the more I look at it. The more I’ll put on my list.

I keep checking my Menards app for store ads and nothing yet

Wish I had an OSJL near me! Their deals sound awesome. I hate how the best deals are for new customers! Places should appreciate their loyal customers! As far as don’t stop at anymore… hmmm in general I order a lot more pick ups than going in. But, that’s because life has changed and that works right now. So, if a store doesn’t offer online order for a store pick up out front then I shop less there now.

I understand what you mean. With sales going on for so long (a month), and no real BF deep discounted deals, people may slow down on their buying. At least they’re impulse buying. Which may lead to stores having excess stock that they have to eventually sell cheaper. However, I’m not a last minute buyer so those last minute deals won’t tempt me. All this month long sales thing is doing for me is making me realize next year I need to just shop all year long on sales. Not wait till BF to spend my $$. It was nice to save up all year and then go spend it all in one day on the best deals (after comparing all the ads). But if I can’t compare then why wait?

Hard to know which deal is best.

We seem to say this or at least ask that question every year. However, part of the problem this year is there is no 1 awesome deal day (BLACK FRIDAY)! This 2-3 weeks of sales is really hard to compare the ads and budget for.
